Bought it and activated it per instructions in the US. Traveled the next day, arrived in Europe and couldn’t use it as I found out just then that my phone uses an eSIM. Customers service only works during the week so I was “stranded” for 3 days without being able to access GPS maps to find my way around. When Customer service finally replied they were of no help.
Lesson learned: check FULL compatibility before traveling.
