I was skeptical at first, but it was a great choice. Had 5G and 4G speeds across Spain and Rome, only issue was speeds were when we were in an area overloaded with tourists. This is just the very nature of cellular coverage not an issue with the product. Great customer support over whatsapp. Over the 2 week trip, I was able to consume only a few GB and local calling.

Orange card customer service is excellent. I had ordered a physical sim card than realized new iphone doesn’t have any physical sim slot. In no time Orange customer service provided the eSIM and were very helpful.

This Orange prepaid sim card is good, you are getting 10GB of data for 28 days in the EU and if you are traveling only in Spain 25GB for under $20. Who is this card for, well if you are traveling in Europe and your trip is less than a month, it is a great option for you, the 10GB data will be plenty for you to use and stay connected with your friends and family and using apps like WhatsUP or Viber and Skype. Yes you can buy similar sim cards in the country you are planning on visiting as well, but most likely you will have to spend some time at a provider store and fill up a bunch a paperwork (did that in Scotland a few years ago) with this one, all you need to do is register and activate it prior your trip and pop it in your phone once you are there.
Another good thing is that 5G speeds are also possible with this sim, some are restricted to 4G LTE, but not this one, which is great. Big benefit, no contracts, just pay as you go. I love that they included a sim ejector pin in the pack as well, not everyone has one of those around.
Now, it is not all great unfortunately, Turkey and Switzerland are not in the list of supported countries, so if you are planning a trip in any of those countries, you would need to get a local sim or use your own US provider, hopefully they cover those countries and is not going to cost you too much.
Overall, not a bad option for travelers and visitors to the old continent.

Honestly, I couldn't get this to work the first time when I went on my trip to spain. So I didn't contact them or try to fix it, because there was no point after my trip. Maybe it would work better for others, and for all I know they might fix it when you call. But I just couldn't get it to work properly while following the directions so it ended up being a hassle and a waste of time.
