    I bought the plug and play version and it worked perfectly! I installed the Sim while I was on the airplane and it began working when I landed in Germany. I did receive a text message saying that I needed to add data, but I ignored it based on other customer reviews. It gave me data for all 10 days that I was there. I even texted once accidentally and it worked too.

    It was advertised as an immediate connect SIM card. I inserted it upon arrival and nothing happened. I could not get any data connection. I called and their phone number is only automated and you can't speak to an actual person. I then tried their chat option and after 4 different chats in a 3 hour time frame and numerous transfers I was disconnected each time before the issue was resolved. Not only did I lose precious vacation time the SIM card messed up my camera phone and I was unable to take pictures until I removed it an put my original SIM card back in. I didn't have any data, but at least I could take pictures then. A waste of money for a useless SIM card with horrendous customer service.

    I selected this SIM card for an overseas vacation since my cell carrier didn't support international travel. The card was easy enough to install and seemed ok to use the first day or two, but then I kept receiving texts from the company stating I needed to sign up for a data plan, that I was near my limits, etc, when I had barely used the card. I was never quite sure what would/wouldn't work with this card. I was able to go the full vacation with it, so that was good, but needed to use WhatsApp and/or Snapchat to keep in contact with people. The new phone number did work for basic calls.

    Will use on my trip to Switzerland and Spain, used one in France and England last year so not expecting any problems, much easier and cost effective than relying on you US carrier.

    Bought for my son to go to England for a week. He had a local number and could call anywhere in Europe. I was able to get texts from him, so I was able to call him directly, but with all that data, we used watsapp and it was a cinch. Easiest thing was you just insert it and it connected. No sign up or anything.

    I had high hopes for this SIM card, and I was totally let down. I followed the included instructions 2 days before my trip and received a text that said there was no data available. After searching around I found a contact phone # for TSIM, and although they were nice, their super thick Indian accent made it almost impossible to understand them. They told me I had to go online and register the SIM card so the data would appear. I did just that and the data still didn't appear. I had to add another $10 on the card to make it work. Total garbage and misleading item. If I had enough time I would have just sent the thing back and bought something else, but I had no time left before my trip. BUY ELSEWHERE!
