I'm about 300lbs and 6,2" and I put one of these shirts on and haven't worn a different brand of shirt in almost 5 years since, it's comfortable, easy, not too tight but is long enough not to expose my belly to everyone so I can rest easy and when I gotta do some work it keep warm if I'm in the cold, it's lightweight breathable washable (AND DOESNT SHRINK) a variety of colors, I absolutely love carhartt, even their pants hoodies beanies long sleeves all their clothes are top notch quality for a pretty damn reasonable price too

Great shirt from Carhart. Good thick material. Wears as described. Washes well. Very loose and roomy, great if you like that style or are a big guy. Good for big and tall men. Simple shirt with simple pocket. TBH this shirt wasnt what I was looking for but its good quality and IF I needed/wanted a loose fitting shirt I would purchase this shirt. Lowkey Carhart logo is nice.

Confusing Sizing and Fits (+Two-month Report)

My usual Carhartt T-shirt/shirt size is 2XL. The X2L I received was the size of a large tent and I had to exchange it for an XL. The XL turned out to be the size of a medium tent, so that was returned and finally settled on an L.

Confusing sizing among all the types of Carhartt shirt fits (loose, relaxed, not relaxed...) and fabric weights (heavy, mid weight, light...) the terminology and descriptions should be more specific! Having ranted, I have to say Carhartt quality and durability are solid.

... Several Weeks Later ...
I must have worn these shirts about six times since I bought them and they've performed well. For a 100% cotton garment, they are practically wrinkle-free out of the (still warm) drier, just fold and go. Plus, even this so-called Heavyweight fabric has been quite comfortable during a hot summer!

CAUTION - Great shirt that I wear a lot. They run BIG. I normally use a Large in t-shirts but the first two I bought large were huge. I use them to lounge around the house. I now get Medium and I'm very happy with them.
