It has a nice soft texture to the pants and it’s a good quality. The only thing is my daughter is 3yrs and only 3’3” tall the pants where long, and I altered it. I would buy again.

I gave this 3 stars because, even though they fit my child, the quality is not that great. They're worth no more than $12. We've had them 5 months (including one entire month in which they were not worn due to school break) and she came home from school last week with a 2 inch horizontal tear in the knee. She does not know how it happened and denies falling (for the record I do believe her.) The return window is only 90 days, so I'm now out my $12. Guess I'll test my sewing skills and try and turn them into shorts.
