Product Description
LAPG Men's Core Cargo Lightweight Work Pant
The LA Police Gear Core Cargo Pants provide all the key features you need in a pair of cargo pants, without the added weight and bulk you'd find in a traditional pair of bulky outdoor/work pants. These simple, all-purpose pants are durable enough to stand up to daily use on duty, while hiking, or at the construction site, while remaining comfortable enough to use for office wear or just around the house.
These tactical cargo pants are stripped down to the basics, but still have a metal YKK zipper, elastic waistband for comfort and CCW, angled front pockets for clipping a knife, light, or pen, articulating knees for flexibility, and of course two big cargo pockets that close with hook & loop. The 55% Cotton/45% Polyester Rip-Stop fabric is both tough and comfortable.

Pants, size 30x30 --- look great !
I wore them to work today --- and already got several compliments about them !
The only thing I don't like about them is the elastic part in the waist ! If you're not wearing a tucked-in shirt --- the elastic will kind of rub and scratch your waist !
Anyway --- I like the Military/Police looking style about them --- it looks like Military
style without looking like Rambo !
Seem to be very good quality !
Fit perfect !
I'm going to order another pair in about a week or so !
DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY !!!
The 30' inseam seemed about an inch or more longer than stated. I had to fold the bottoms up twice to stop them from scrubbing the ground as I walked. I have never had that happen while wearing my work boots before.
The belt loop shortage is an issue because of my ample backside. As a woman, I need more belt loops to ensure adequate coverage. I had to pull up my pants several dozen times before my shift even started. This also caused a lot of chaffing throughout the night.
The waist on these pants is a bit snug, but was only an issue at first, when I was still bloated from dinner. After that, it wasn't painful enough to be a deal breaker.
The most uncomfortable thing about these pants, though, is the tightness throughout the thighs. I am a security officer who patrols a 23-acre park on foot all night...NOT comfortable. Due to stage 2 osteoarthritis, my instep is already incredibly short. I had to take even shorter steps, due to the tightness throughout the thigh area of these pants.
I still gave these pants 4 stars because most of the issues I encountered can be remedied by ordering one size larger than I usually wear. I intend to do just that. To fix the belt loop issue, I may just have more added when I have the hem corrected.
The "Jeans material" is not what I had in mind, It's giving more formal type pants but I don't mind.
This is very comfortable and I love the two extra cargo type pockets!
Feels great and I am gonna buy more
Yes, I normally wear the size I got. So that's why I'm a little off put by this. That being said, let's talk about the overall feel.
Pockets? 6.
Fabric? Feels relatively sturdy with a slight stretch.
Shrink? I tend to treat all fabric like it shrinks, so it probably does? I hope not or I'm probably gonna be able to wear it after I drop a bit of weight.
Do they look good? I don't tend to buy pants based off looks (to a degree) I buy them for usability. (I love charge pants). That being said, I like them, but they're closer to jeans than cargo pants. So if your looking for that loose fitting cargo pants, these ain't it.
Would I buy them again? Probably not. I think the idea is nice, but I wanted the cargo style above all else, and these just don't deliver as much as I'd like.
