Great water shoes for sand/river gravel

This shoes fit true to size and has a lil extra give for kiddos with slightly wider feet. My kids are pretty rough on shoes in general and these have held up pretty well when we play down in the river by our home that has a mix of sand and rocks. Mostly they don’t really complain about anything getting in the shoe so buy ones as close to their size as possible. These shoes are also very easy for the kids to get on and off on their own. My son is 9 and my daughter is 7, I would definitely buys these again.

I bought two pairs for my kids. They used them to hike The Narrows in Zion National Park. Which is a river hike on top of rocks. They also hiked in them afterwords for another 3 miles. These are slip proof, durable, and comfortable. Both kids thought they were comfortable and didn’t have any rubbing spots even wearing for an extended period of time.

Kids also wore them to a local splash pad, and worked well there too.

I ordered their normal shoe sizes and they ran slightly big, but the straps keep them tight, and we had no issues.

My second pair - makes a great water shoe

I use these every day for kayaking or swimming in places with iffy bottoms. They are comfortable, durable, and dry quickly. When my first pair wore out I bought a size Big Kid 8 because I liked the design - it’s about equivalent to a women’s size 8.5-9. I particularly like the loop at the back, which helps with pulling the shoe on and off. One word of advice: dark colors can get very hot on your feet if you’re out in the sun - go for something in a lighter color if you’re using these for paddling.

Sized weird otherwise a great water shoe

Once I got the right size I loved these shoes but had to experiment a bit. My daughter wears a kids size 12 and they’re a touch big on her in all her other shoes. Ordered a 12 and her little foot didn’t even fit all the way in. Returned and ordered a 13 and they fit like a 12 does in every single brand. When held up sole to sole with her other shoes the 12 of these was almost an inch shorter. Almost like they were complete mislabeled.
I also got a pair of size 3 for my older daughter and they were right on.
Both girl like then and said they were comfortable in the water

I bought these for all my kids. We have a creek by our house and they kept destroying their shoes. These are perfect. They fit them just right. They love the colors. They are great in the water and have a great grip.

I messed up. Went on a "moderate," hike in CO. The Rangers said it was mislabeled on Google. "They said it was actually very strenuous" These shoes stood up. Awesome on rocks. Thank you. Please don't discontinue them!!! I'm buying another pair.

We JUST got these and my 7 year old loves them. He is now wearing them around the house because he liked them so much. I got a size 3 and he wears 2.5. They are roomy in the front still but not “big”. I’d say they run true to size. Easy to get in and off. Toe protection. Adjustable string to secured them more if needed. Bright & fun colors. I think I’m going for a second pair. I can’t speak to longevity and performance in the water yet, but I’ll happily update my review once we taken them to the beach and rivers.
