On The Job Since 1922

A century ago, we were just a small Texas company making bib overalls. Built with quality, grit, and quiet pride, every pair that came out of our shop embodied the spirit of the American worker. While our workwear is now available in more than 100 countries across the world, we’re not all that different from when we first opened our doors. We still make bib overalls. We still embody that spirit of the American worker. The only difference is we get to do what we do for more hardworking people than ever before.

5.0 out of 5 stars Be sure to buy a size up
Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2024
This is a great alternative to the Dickies Double Knee pants that are seemingly out of stock quite often. Just make sure to buy a size up or two. I'm either a 33 or 34 depending on my weight fluctuations. And the 36 were slightly snug. If you are barely at the size you're at, maybe go 2 to be safe. Miss the double knee bolstering but I should be fine without it. Plus they're cheaper so at least the price is right.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Flex actually works quite well.
Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2024
The pants are quite comfortable and the Flex actually works. I can feel the difference between my original style 874 pants and the new ones. They seem top hold up quite well under aggressive use like Yard work etc. I did have to get used to less belt loops but it still works. I also like the black liner on the inside of the waist band, my waistband quite often rolls and the white liner shouts at you but the black inner liner is a lot less noticeable. Good idea on that one. The fabric also seems to shed sweat well and leaves me feeling drier which for me is a good thing. Thanks for a great product.

4.0 out of 5 stars I thought I got female pants. Small pockets.
Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2024
They fit, they kind of flex. But the pockets are so small. I thought I might have bought female pants.

I carry my wallet and keys and sometimes phone in my front pockets. The phone pocket adding contacts and otherwise heating the nethers turned up to 11 while wearing these. At work I carry a sharpy around, and with wallet and sharpy in the same pocket, the sharpy is 20% out of the pocket. They are that small. If I take my wallet out while sitting, I have to stand up to get it back in to any depth. For work pants, this is disappointing. I've taken to having my box cutter on a key-bak retractable key holder on my belt, because I simply cannot function with it in my pocket (in these pants).

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect work pants
Reviewed in the United States on August 8, 2024
These are great value. Fabric is soft but durable. They are not too heavy to be hot in the kitchen but heavy enough to not get burns either. My husband wears these every day and works 8-10 hour days as a chef.

3.0 out of 5 stars Waist size is smaller than labeled
Reviewed in the United States on August 13, 2024
I should have read the reviews before buying because the waist size is smaller than what is said on the label. I initiated a return but I have been on a diet and exercise program and they now fit. Still a little snug but not too bad. They are very well made and are durable for my kind of work. I got lots of compliments on them at work.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great pants

I think I ordered a 42 inch expecting a baggy fit around the waist. They barely fit. I have jeans that are 38 inch waist that I fit into. These run small in my opinion.

1.0 out of 5 stars Sizing is a joke
Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2024
The quality of the materials is great on these pants. The only thing is their sizing makes ZERO sense. I ordered a 32x32 which normally is a little big on my waist. But they were insanely tight. I then ordered a 33x32 and they were still insanely tight. I now have a 34x32 that I still need to try on. Fingers crossed, but I have a feeling they aren't going to fit either. Based on this I would recommend ordering 3-4 inches too big for your waist size if you want them to actually button up. Dickies needs to figure out how to measure their clothing! So 2 stars due to having to deal with multiple returns to get pants in my size. I HATE companies that take a measurement and put their own spin on it, that defeats the entire purpose of a measurement.

"lets see for 32 inches... lets go with... 28 inches... yeah that makes a lot of sense and will make our customers happy! Everybody loves to order pants way bigger than their actual waist size so they can feel fat and be inconvenienced with multiple returns" -Dickies (probably)

Alright I have now changed it to a 1 start rating, I have tried FOUR different sizes. like I said I am a size 32, 32 was way too tight, 33 was way too tight, 34 way too tight, I finally had to order 36x32. Guess what??? The waist finally fits me, slightly loose like a 35 would be perfect but I could deal with a belt. BUT now this pair, which is supposed to be 32 in length has to be like 35 in length. I AM SO DONE WITH THESE PANTS!!! RETURNING THIS PAIR AND NEVER ORDERING ANOTHER PAIR OF DICKIES AGAIN! Time to go with Carhartt which I assume will fit on the first pair I order.
