I live in Orlando, FL and spend a lot of weekends working outdoors during the summer. Additionally, I'm 5'9" and have had a hard time finding shorts above the knee. Maneuverability and light-weightedness is super important to me. These shorts were perfect and checked all the boxes for me. Super light weight and cool, above my knees, flexible/comfortable, and more than enough pockets for phone, tools, keys, etc.

I liked these short so much, I bought another pair....although they fit slightly different....

Large pockets and the stretch material is sturdy and moves with you. They run a little large (at least for me and I have 7 pairs) so I ordered the size down and they fit perfectly. Just the right length to be comfortable.

In size 32, the material is stretchy enough that though 32 is a great fit, you might need a belt. (Most of my 32" waist jeans are REALLY tight at the waist since I gained a few pounds.)
The material is Summer light, comfy. Many pockets and the main "slash" opening side pockets are nicely deep! Also, I specifically got these because the photos made the "cargo" pockets look fairly flat, which they are. I have other cargo shorts where the bulky cargo pocket sides keep catching on things like kitchen cabinet knobs, etc. Annoying and possibly dangerous.
The cargo pockets have simple velcro closures- no buttons or extra panels to make life difficult!
Very nice pants, shippped very quickly, too.

I have been ordering these shorts for years. They hold up for a very long time and are super comfortable. I hate pants that have small pockets and feel tight, and these fit me perfect. Sometimes the belt loops start to form holes. I think I've had two pairs over the years that have done that. Maybe a pair that got a hole in the back pocket at one point. But they're fantastic!

These are perfect for summer. Light weight but sturdy. The material breathes and there is a lot of room for phones, keys, wallets, and most important there is room to carry everything my wife wants to bring with but has no pockets to hold (aka the true job of the husband in public...being a human purse)

These shorts are a little snug in the butt area but with the added stretch to the material are comfortable. They look good, wash and dry good, are soft and easy to wear for pretty much any activity.
