5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect

Exactly what I wanted. It fits. It stays in place. It's low cut enough to not show. It is thin enough to breath easily but thick enough to be enduring. It has enough cotton to feel comfortable, soft and light. Comes in a nice package. I wish you could just buy one color and not a pack of different colors.

5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable and they stay on. Love them!

I have tried many different brands of “no show” socks and these Wernies are the best I have found. They are 100% cotton and thicker than the other more expensive brands I own and simply more comfortable. They also have the little silicone ridges built in inside the upper heel as grippers and always stay on.

The degree of “no show” ability depends entirely on the cut of your shoe. The Wernies are cut a little higher than others so they are not truly no show, but are way more comfortable for it. I recently discovered Ske***** and bought several pair. They must be cut higher than my old, go to loafers because you can’t see my Wernies with my them on. Maybe just a little peak around the top on some models , but totally “no show” on others. So, it just depends on the cut of your shoe.

If you have really low cut profile shoes and you want truly “no show” socks, you may want to look elsewhere. But I have tried several of those really thin, very low cut socks and find them to be uncomfortable , expensive and they occasionally fall off your heel.

I love that my Wernies are a little thicker and just the right weight to be comfortable, stay on and be cool enough for hot Dallas summers. And for the price point, you can’t go wrong!

I just bought more and I highly recommend them. Oh, and they seem durable too. I’ve been wearing them in the 7 months of “summer” we have here in Dallas and just throw them in the laundry and so far, I haven’t had any that shrink excessively and none have worn out. Love’em!

4.0 out of 5 stars Not for the average wash.

I recently tried these socks and overall, they feel great and the colors look nice. However, I ordered the Men's size 8-10, and found them to be a bit snug. Another concern is with the glued grips. While they are nice, I don’t think these socks are suitable for a normal laundry wash. The grips might wear off if put in a dryer, and they seem to require a cold wash rather than a hot/normal temperature wash.

Because of these issues, I decided to return them. Overall, I think the product is good quality, but I have concerns about their durability in the long run.

I purchased these to wear in my athletic shoes while doing yard work. They fit great, nice and snug, they feel great and do not slip.
After a few wears one has gotten a small hole in the toe area but... I really don't care as I like them and they are comfortable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice socks for walking, but thin and prone to wear and tear

These are nice little socks if you want to look stylish walking or if your playing tennis and don't want the high tops.
I am retired from tennis, therefore, I use these mainly for walking (age has taken its toll and my 1/2 marathon days are in the rear-view mirror!).
But there is one caveat you need to be aware of and that's if you are walking on a gravel trail, the little rocks pop up and implant themselves between your ankle and the sock, which unfortunately causes blisters or at the least extreme itching until you take off your shoe.
Get these but get the ones that come up slightly higher on the ankle, you'll be glad you did!

3.0 out of 5 stars Excellent but too short no matter the size you pick.

I ordered the pack of dark blue, light blue, black and gray marled ankle socks. I'm a petite woman who wears size 6.5 shoes. Ordering the largest size available, for men no less, the socks were still too short in length. I can't imagine a man with size 9-11 shoes being comfortable in these size-wise. I love the socks in every other way; they are thick and cushioning, soft, and the extra touches like arch support and silicone stripes inside the heel cup really do work. If they weren't pulling on the tips of my toes, they'd be a perfect 5 stars. It could be that because these are made in China, potentially for their countrymen, they're using Asian sizing, which is traditionally smaller than US sizes. And no, the Chinese people didn't purposely make the socks too small to hurt our toes, and they aren't out to get us through commerce both of our countries benefit from. They are hard working, incredibly skilled people. They make amazing products for brands like Le Creuset and Gucci, but those companies pay for them accordingly. The companies you buy from set a budget, and the factory creates the best they can with it. The companies are supposed to control quality and pay enough for a product so it can be made suitably. The Chinese factories are simply meeting the companies' demands - they aren't to blame for subpar merchandise. The companies don't provide us with quality products because they get away with it. Raise your hand if you stopped eating at Burger King because the product doesn't match the picture. Hands? Anyone? Hands if you no longer buy $10 toasters that break after two uses? Anyone? Right. We want stuff, a lot of it, and cheap. Companies know they can sell you overpriced garbage, and politicians want you to think it's the fault of the mean old Chinese people, because blaming someone else for our problems is the first chapter in their playbook. Corporations and politicians aren't entirely to blame though - they merely lead the charge. Le Creuset products made in FRANCE are easily five times more expensive than their budget-friendly lines made in China. Why? Because we're racists who think Europeans are always superior. Sorry, but this needs to be said. Think about it, and buy these if you want excellent quality, small socks made by your fellow human beings. :)

Happy with the fit and price. No issues with quality. They are thin, but that's all I needed for low cut "hey dude" style shoes.
