    I LOVE this corset top! Wow! It’s beautiful. I bought it to wear with a hobbit costume.
    It is EXACTLY as described and pictured. Fit was as expected.
    There’s a lace front with a beautiful soft satin ribbon. Then on the side there’s a zipper closure. The zipper is very sturdy and it blends in well, you can’t really tell that it’s there. It was easy to get on because they ship it with the front already laced. So all you have to do is loosen the front and slide in through the side, and zip yourself in. I also like how there’s freedom in the size of the corset. Scroll to the video to see what I mean. The front “flap” underneath the ribbon is a couple inches wide so you can wear it tighter or looser and it will still look perfect.
    It will work for varying shoulder heights because the ribbons are not just decorative, they are all functional. So you can really make this corset fit exactly how you like it too.
    Overall I’m so happy with the quality and price. I would buy it again.

    I'm 5'5, 150lbs and purchased the size 10 and it fits like a dream. It's also extremely sturdy. There's a zipper on the side to make it easier to get into and out of, but I found I still had to unlace and relace the front every time I put it on. Takes a little longer but considering the high quality, I don't mind. This corset looks so good it makes me wish I had more occasions to dress as a barmaid in everyday life so I could wear it more often.

    Just like the pictures. It’s easy to work with if you know how to lace shoes. The material is sturdy, I don’t see it coming apart any time soon. The colors are spot on compared to the photos. Size is a little big when completely tight, doesn’t offer that authentic “push up” look from medieval times that you see in shows. However, might be able to chitchat with a size smaller. Overall, it’s perfect in my opinion. Great bodice and highly recommend for any renaissance event.

    I ordered based on their size chart and ended up returning this because it was too big, but it felt well made and looked very nice. Felt pretty sturdy and I think it would do well for some light body shaping but it's nowhere near as heavy duty as a corset. It would be FAR more comfy than a corset, that I'm certain of. I'm not a fan of the side zipper, it's not something I'd ever use so it just got in the way

    It's definitely a mid quality corset but you get what you pay for so I'm happy with the quality for the price (I was able to purchase it during a sale so I didn't pay in full). The first one I received had issues with the side zipper splitting open but after a super easy, quick exchange process I received another and it fit perfectly! Lately, my weight has been fluctuating between 120lbs-126lbs but I have a bigger chest so I had to size up in order to accommodate the girls, if you know what I mean ????. It's not like an actual real corset, if you've ever worn a real high quality one you'll know exactly what I'm talking about and understand why the price is so different. All in all this is definitely a budget friendly corset. Just be prepared for quality control issues so if you're buying one for a special event, make sure you give yourself enough time to receive the corset so you can inspect it for flaws like with the zipper splitting open etc that way you'll have enough time to exchange it in case you do come across issues. I've read other reviews with zipper issues as well. I love these budget friendly corsets so much that I immediately purchased 4 more so now I have 5 from this brand. The side zipper is useful and makes it easier to put on. All their corsets are so pretty!

    I love this corset! The pattern I got was so beautiful. The size is perfect and the zipper on the side makes it easy to get in and off. It’s pretty good quality overall and I loved it for the costume I wore.

    Ordered my normal size originally but it felt kind of big - learned you should go by your waist measurement instead and that size was perfect! Wore it all day and was fairly comfortable and looked great on!

    Great option for the money if you’re not trying to spend tons of money. And love the different print options!

    So I ordered one red floral and one black floral in a size 6 (same style) for my teen. My older daughter has several SD corsets in a size 8. This red floral one is far larger than the other size 6 I ordered and larger even than a couple of the size 8's we compared it to. I would like to exchange it and hope that a replacement will be sized accurately, but Amazon is only giving me a return option. Because I ordered on Black Friday, I would be refunded a discounted amount but repurchasing at a higher price, so I'm hoping the seller sees this and can reach out:)
    Other than the sizing issue, these are always beautiful corsets, well made, nice boning and a soft, comfortable lining. They lay nicely, and don't fold when sitting.
    This red floral one in particular is beautiful, with a great variety of color that makes it easy to pair with different shirts and skirts to achieve different looks for each faire we attend:) Can't go wrong with SD corsets, just order in time in case you have to adjust for size:)
