These are working perfect for my 3 year old daughter who just started dance! She is typically a 6.5-7 in regular shoes so I ordered a 7 but you could see her knuckles so they were definitely too tight. I returned and ordered the 8 - they are a little big but still fit her good. She has room to grow but they are not falling off during dance class (even with her slippery tights on)!
The color is perfect and seem like they will pretty durable!

5 stars!

We haven't had any experience with jazz shoes before. When they first came, they looked so tiny! However, we learned that they stretch and then mold to the feet. These were purchased for my daughter's theater performance. She says they are comfortable and enjoys wearing them. I should have increased it a size to get some extra wear as her foot grows, but we are very happy with our purchase!

Decent Quality for the Price

I got these for my daughter for dance team. I would recommend going up a half size when purchasing. I got my daughter her normal shoe size and they were much too small. They also are a little darker than they appear in the picture. Great value for the price. The leather is thick and they seem fairly durable.

Perfect for a musical performance

My daughter isn’t a competitive dancer but needs jazz shoes for musical performances. These shoes are perfect for her! They fit true to size and are very comfortable after a few wears to break them in.

Runs small

These are very nice, but they do run small. I got them for my grand daughters recital and had them sent directly to her. They worked for the one night, but she won't be able to wear them again. Very well made though.

Got these dance shoes for my son’s first theater play and they fit perfectly. The shoes are comfortable and easy to put on and will last until he grows out of them.

Needed an extra pair of tan jazz shoes quickly because my 7 year old grew out of her original ones & I knew I would never receive the brand name ones in time that we always purchase. I was apprehensive about purchasing an off brand kind, especially seeing reviews were so mixed. I will say if your child is only taking jazz classes for fun like once a week and your child is young where floor traction and thinner soles are not important to improve your skill as would a seasoned dancer, comp dancer, or just a dancer who wants to improve at the moment. Then these shoes should be fine. I wouldn’t recommend though for the latter. The soles are very heavy and thick. The whole shoe itself is just bulky. The faux leather is loud and makes noise as you move. There is no way you can feel the floor well with these shoes and traction is not great. It catches the floor too much. Again that is why I say it’s fine for first time jazz dancers or those who are not in it to do comp or go into a dance career. Even the midsection is not neoprene. It looks like it, but is not. I’m glad I did purchase a half size bigger than normal though because it let my child have some flexibility and movement. Otherwise I don’t see these shoes being flexible much. They are good as temporary shoes and possibly for a one time recital and a comp that is not nationals. I do see them creasing easily, but I’m not worried my children go through numerous pairs of dance shoes in one season and this is just to use as a backup once our usual brand comes in. If you are getting these shoes I followed the size chat which is to go by your child’s street shoe size. My child takes a size 1 wide, so I got her a 1.5 and width wide it’s perfect. She will grow into the rest soon enough.
