 My daughter dressed up as the purge and it was perfect for her custom. We pared it with some white Nike pros because it is short & puffy. It was very filled out & completed the look we were going for!

We ordered outfits last minute for an 80s party on our cruise ship. The item arrived quickly. The quality is great. The elastic band is thick and didn’t dig into my waist. It is short, but that’s the whole point of it. It has multiple layers. It is a little see through. I wore leggings and a bodysuit with this over it and it was a huge hit at the party. Definitely recommend if you’re in the market for an 80s tutu. Color was exactly what I was looking for.
