    My 9 year old is 65 lbs and the size 8 fit great as an under garment layer. I also bought the next size up as I was unsure what would fit best. He can easily wear both pairs, if I had to choose I would say go with the larger size of you’re in between sizing. These are very comfortable and warm which is great for an under layer.

    Nice thermal underwear. They keep our 6YO warm. Our kid is about average size, but they are tight without much give at all, so I have to help to pull them off over his head. I wish they had more stretch like others, but they are pretty durable and they do what we bought them for though, which is to keep him warm.

    While the sizing mishaps were frustrating, the thermal itself is a steal at such a reasonable price. Despite receiving the wrong sizes twice, the product's affordability allowed my husband to find a fit with a size S. The quality and warmth make it a worthwhile purchase, even if the sizing experience was less than ideal.
