Holy Smokes! An Awesome Dress!

There is not one thing I don't love about this dress. I am a plus sized chick, 5'8" and wear a sice 16-18. The XXL is perfect. Loose enough to camouflage the extra parts and slimmer in places to accentuate the better parts. The length on me is a little lower than mid thigh, so I feel comfortable moving around in it. The material is like a heavier, high quality jersey knit, so it keeps its shape. The pockets are deep enough to be useful for smaller things and even a phone as long as you mind it. I bought a black one and a maroon and I am about to order a couple of more colors. Great for hot weather, but also can be worn in the cooler weather with tights and a cardigan, or even a tight fitting long sleeve shirt. I highly recommend it. Seriously, very flattering.

I’m 5’5”, 150 lbs, 38c, 40” hips. Size large fits perfectly. Not too tight or too baggy. Love the pockets (holds my iPhone 13 with mag case & mag holder attached, but the weight does pull the dress down a bit). The fabric is thinner-good for the brutal summer we’re having. Not bad for the price. Pretty well made. It’s so comfortable I also ordered the red/navy print. If you order the lighter color (which I did and returned), you can see your bra/underwear through it.

I’m still on the fence as to whether I’m going to keep this dress or not. It fits very well and looks good. However, the arm openings are enormous and gaping. If I can sew the arm holes so they do not gape I will definitely keep the dress because it is very lovely on. I really don’t understand why the armholes are so huge!
The fabric is soft and slinky. Not see-through and a good weight. I’m 5’3”, 140 lbs, but large busted so ordered an XL and it hits about two inches below my knees.

I liked this dress so much I purchased another one; same beautiful pattern! The material is light weight, soft, non clingy but also not stiff. It doesn’t make me look frumpy or oddly shaped like some other dresses. The colors are truly vibrant, like in the photo. On me this dress falls across my knees, which is just what I had hoped. Not shorter or longer.

This is the perfect dress to throw on for any occasion. Dress up or casual, it’s comfortable and breathable material is great for the Florida heat. I love the loose fit without being too oversized and baggy.

I really liked this dress. It was very comfortable, flattering, had pockets, and fell right about mid-thigh on me (5'9). The fabric is thin, but not see-through. Five stars to begin with. Unfortunately, after the first wash in cold water and hang dry, it shrunk lengthwise at least 3 inches. That made it too short for me to wear in public, but I still really like it, so I'll wear it around the house and gardening. Great hot summer dress!

(If you are on the shorter side, don't send this dress back if it's too long before washing. It will probably be perfect for you!)
