I got the XXl for reasons on the sizing chart. IT would be better for a taller person but I don’t Mind the1.5” cloth dragging around me. The hood is really big and does a great job of hiding your head and face. The sleeves are also pretty big but again the idea is to be oversized. I would like to try an XL just to see the fit, if it’s better or not. The cloth is very well made and the shape of the robe is fantastic. I am amazed at how inexpensive this “professional” costume robe is. I highly recommend this garment.

A little long but needs a closure about mid-length. Great for morning dews but will wick water when dragging in the back.
Definitely not fire resistant as high nylon content.
Good deep cowl hood that droops over eyes with head upright.
Long ties at neck for adjusting the fit for style.
Light and comfortable.
Glossy and Shimmers in low light.
Sheer and glossy in backlight.
Didn't try blacklist or neon.
Just poolside.

During the quarantine I've kicked around several different cosplay ideas - many of which require a plain robe (Dr. Doom, elf, Jedi, wizard, etc.). Normally, I prefer to find items in person rather than order off of the internet so I can judge the quality for myself. Given the current circumstance I thought I might as well browse Amazon to see what was available. With a price of around $25 I thought, so what? If this isn't what I want I'll have something to fill in until a better product comes around. What have I got to lose? I was very pleasantly surprised with this robe. The color is great, the stitches are strong, and the fabric is comfortable - if a little lightweight. The size ran a bit big, but that's probably because I'm fat and short instead of simply just fat. I usually hover between a 2X and a 3X shirt size. This 2X fit wonderfully across the shoulders, but it was a bit longer than I want. It should be an easy fix to shorten the sleeves and the overall length.

Overall, I'd recommend this product to anyone that wants a simple no-frills robe.

Size chart is correct U<S sizes, I'am 5'9'' and the length falls about 3 or 4 inches from the floor, my weight 214 pounds with a belly and very happy with fit, If your short and fat suggest next size up and hem it, the cloth is high end fabric this is not an average halloween robe.

My son super loves Star Wars and this is the first costume I purchased that we both love. The cloak is pretty warm, it’s comfortable and easy for him to use and you really can’t beat the price.

My only complaint is the size. I used the sizing chart as provided by the manufacturer. Based on this, I purchased a medium. Now, the sleeves and hood are right for my build, but the length is just short of my ankles. I also can't close the front of my cloak. If I take a deep breath, my cloak won't close! Now, aside from this, it's a well sewn garment. It's isn't too heavy nor too light. So take sure your measurements then buy ONE SIZE LARGER!
