About this item
This remarkable collection features one coin from each decade of the 20th century, and each coin is unique - including four struck in silver. What's more, they include all denominations, from the penny to the dollar. Many of the coins feature classic designs that have become beloved by collectors and historians alike.
The first two coins are over 100 years old: the classic 1900's Indian Head Penny that was last made in 1909 and the 1910's Barber Silver Dime that was made only until 1916 and was struck in 90% silver.
The 1920's coin in the magnificent Buffalo Nickel, while the 1930's is represented by the 90% silver Mercury Dime. The 1940's coin is the one-year-only 1943 Steel Lincoln Penny that is the only steel coin in U.S. history, and the 1950's coin is the 90% silver Washington Quarter.
The 40% silver Kennedy Half Dollar is from the 1960's, the only-time-only 1976 Eisenhower Bicentennial Dollar is from the 1970's, and the Susan B. Anthony Dollar is from the 1980's. The final coin is a State Quarter from 1999, the first year of the groundbreaking State Quarters series
Each coin is a treasured piece of American history, and together they create an unprecedented collection that spans the entire century. All coins are long out of issue.
