I am a history buff and coin collector. These Soviet coins are an awesome addition to the collection! I also enjoy the little plastic holding case they come in.

I'm not a coin collector, as such. But as a history buff, the chance to have genuine circulated coins was enticing, so I ordered this set. They're genuine, and have clearly been circulated (even the most recent coin, dating from 1990, has obvious surface/use wear even though it doesn't have the same level of patina as the older coins). That said, for something that I'm assuming has no monetary value, isn't in pristine condition, and doesn't even come in any kind of special packaging (it's shrink wrap with a sticker), this set's a bit on the expensive side.

Some real deal soviet coins, pretty neat. I received the correct number of coins and they look to be authentic. Nice to have a piece of history.

Coins come as is, were not cleaned or anything. Some may be in rough condition, but all of mine were rather mid grade. As expected for coin this old

These seem pretty straightforward as advertised. Disclosure, I am not a numismatist or historian so I cannot speak to authenticity or value. By all visual evidence, however, these appear authentic and appropriately worn. You get the advertised denominations. It arrives in a little shrink wrap display (similar to the product photo) that I guess you could leave as is, but I will probably open and display them in some way.

I am an amateur coin collector and have been since my teen years (over 40 years of collecting). I like all kinds of random coins and this set of Soviet coins fits my collection nicely. The coins arrive shrink wrapped with a colorful label indicating where the coins are from. This set makes a great gift for the numismatist in your family. Highly recommended, especially for Amazon's low listed selling price!

These coins are legitimate and have been used in circulation as can be observed by just how dirty they are when they arrive. The coins all come in a single shrink wrapped pouch with the red label as seen in the picture, stating where they are from. However, as I said, the coins are dirty and clearly were in use, so these are not pristine examples, but they are great for the small time collectors like myself who aren't looking for showpieces, but rather conversation pieces. Pretty happy with these overall, as they're authentic and cool to look at.

Would make a great gift or stocking stuffer for anyone who appreciates either coins or history or both. Teachers, students, history buffs, anyone who remembers the soviet union would probably appreciate these. Very cool. Great show and tell piece for a history lesson. Not particularly valuable but a really nice selection of interesting coins.
