This is a handy little stand that works perfectly for holding a variety of electronic devices. I brought it to use for my work issued laptop. The new hotel style seating arrangements in my office, means I no longer have a dedicated desk to leave set-up for my use. I wanted to raise the laptop screen to the same height as the peripheral monitor. It is exactly what I needed. Because it collapses, it’s also great for holding more narrow items such as cellphones or tablets. It’s also very sturdy. I accidentally dropped it a couple times when packing up my things for the day. No issues whatever. Compact, travel worthy stand.

It is lightweight and easy to set up. I travel to different locations and the desk hieght isn't always ideal for working with a laptop. This works wonderfully. It folds and fits easily into my laptop bag.

This stand is so nice and functional. its good for travelers and its even good for students on a budget. It holds my laptop up really good, It doesn't feel cheap for its price. I just got it and I'm already in love.

2 thumbs up. I ordered this one after having to return a different one because at the lowest it would go, it still had the laptop sitting to high. I like this one because it sits lower and I have more versatility to adjust. This is important because I want to be able to align the laptop with the other monitor. Once you get the two legs in place the stand is stable. I also like that it folds down for travel.

I bought this figuring at the price, how could I lose? Very easy to set up, even though getting the spindly legs into their respective holes requires a little care. Plenty of options to choose your height. And it folds up to something very small, so it's nicely portable.
However--just as some other reviewers noted, the bottom tabs to hold it are not good. They are angled, and if you set it up at a lesser angle, the computer will slide right out of them. Should have been a 90 degree angle. If you have it in the 6th from the bottom slot, it's pretty decent, and the screen angle is good enough also. It also doesn't seem very sturdy--legs could break under some conditions.
I will likely buy something else going forward, but the price was very good. I'm using it on a 14" computer.
