    We were having trouble with internet on our second floor. I was skeptical at first buying this product but it works perfectly fine in my household. I have a smaller house so I’m not sure if that’s what helps out with the range. Easy setup. Now we’re able to connect to the internet upstairs.
  • Not comfortable like a bed but it beats sleeping on floor. Closing it you need a little help but I put it up side down then slowly push down to close it. the belt helps to keep closed it's good to use as a extra place to sleep if people stay over and small enough to hide away I love it I want another ♥️????????????

    This product I'm in the mix of returning. I have ring doorbell cameras so one of them is too far from my Wi-Fi box. So I thought it would be an amazing idea to get extended Wi-Fi service. I brought this product in hope it will help but It failed me. I got this product through the ring electronics So I called the ring company in hopes they can help me uprun it they help me the best they could but the reason why they could not help me is because The person that sells this product did not give ring enough information to assist to help customers to run the system an activated. Amazon did their best but they're so quick to throwing me off the phone without helping me to complete the process So this product to me was not worth it at all I am shipping it out I had enough playing with this product This product was just Too difficult The instruction were not even Very good detail enough to explain the steps Not knowing there was five other ways you could have set this up and still nothing Maybe this one was a dead one I don't know But I wouldn't recommend this product But again this is my say and my experience Maybe yours is different than mine and better. somehow if someone knows how to run this that would be great to tell me cuz right now I'm shipping it out This product was nice to have and all lights do work All the steps of function supposed to work is working But it's not activating to my server So I have to let it go.

    Does a pretty good job of repeating/extending our wifi. It needs rebooted about once every couple weeks because it fails to connect.

    What a difference this made. I have not had a signal loading error message since I’ve received it. And I’m a Verizon customer I’m very impressed my modem is on the 2nd for back room of a brick building my old office my tvs are on different flrs at the front of the building. What a difference

    I don’t know if it was product or just my network. I purchased another router & WiFi is strong. This one didn’t work for me. Yet then again, my new router got plugged in via Ethernet cable

    I was able to connect once the first time I set it up. When I was connected there was no charge in the signal strength and I found no tech support. I would have returned it for a refund but I was away from home and missed the return time line.

    Hard to believe this is so highly rated. It's garbage. Cheap plastic, and once set up barely carries through 5% of the signal even in the same room as the router! Hoped to use it to extend signal outside the house, now it's being returned.
