5.0 out of 5 stars Great little PC
Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2024
The FUNYET Mini PC Gaming PC is like a small, powerful engine in a tiny box. It uses Intel's 12th Gen Alder Lake N95 processor, which is a fancy way of saying it's really fast and good for playing games, even though it's not very expensive. It's got 16GB of memory (RAM) and a 512GB SSD, which are computer parts that help it run lots of apps at the same time without getting slow. This mini PC is great for games because it can show really clear pictures (supports 4K displays), and it comes with Windows 11 Pro, a popular program that makes the computer easy to use.

What's really cool about this computer is how small it is. It can fit almost anywhere, so if you don't have a lot of room on your desk, this is perfect. Even though it's small and doesn't cost a lot, it's still really fast and strong for playing games or doing schoolwork. It's like having a tiny superhero computer that can do everything the big ones can do, but it takes up less space and is easier on your wallet. So, if you want a computer that's small, works great for games and homework, and isn't too pricey, the FUNYET Mini PC is a really good choice. I’m using it with my special bedside rig.

Updraded ram and storage and it's perfect for the price. Easy on the go mini pc. Runs very fast with its internal SSD. Recommend it for the simple things and runs Emulators up to the ps2, dreamcast and GameCube very well.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great little PC for the price.

Great pc for the price. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because when it comes to gaming it does decent. It does have some lagging issues and I know it is not my internet because I have T1 fiber, and it is connected with ethernet cable. As side from the gaming issue, I have used the computer for work, and it does a great job running everything I need it to run.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Computer!

This is my very first Mini PC and I am very happy with it so far. Hard to believe how a powerful PC could arrive in such small packaging! Set-Up was easy. Updates took about 4 hours to install and installed flawlessly. I have it connected to a 43 inch 4K TV and the display is beautiful. I noticed that after several hours of being in sleep mode, I would find the computer turned off. When I turned it back on, it turned on quickly with no problem. It had apparently gone through a proper shut-down, but I was not sure why. I found out that this was very common with Intel chips. It is not a Windows issue or an issue with the PC. Many have spoken of experiencing this same thing with any PC that has an Intel chip. Perhaps there will eventually be an update that will eliminate this, but personally, it is not a big deal to me. Overall, I am very pleased with this no-name brand PC, and compared to similar PCs with the same or similar specs, the money saved is incredible! I don’t need a name brand PC, just one that works, and this does the job quite well. I would highly recommend it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Don't Underestimate Its Power and Versatility
Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2024
I bought this for my daughter primarily as a small-footprint PC for some occasional online gaming and to have as a back-up PC if needed. After using it for several months, the perfomance of this PC is more substantial than expected.

It plays SIMs without a hiccup and the graphics performance is very good for this game. There is no stuttering, lagging or other display issues.

This PC has also been used to attend remote college classes and has worked so well, it's now connected to a 55-inch TV and a webcam for Zoom sessions. This computer also runs MS Office capably and can power most basic graphics-editing chores with ease. Having Windows 11 Pro as the OS also doesn't hurt.

In a nutshell, this mini PC packs a performance punch much larger than its physical footprint and is a great value.

If you’re looking to start somewhere in your gaming journey, like me, then please read this review before going the cheap route.

I’ve had this mini pc for about a week now but I received my monitor 2 days ago. The mini pc started off great for me and I was super excited to start my gaming journey with a cheap but durable mini pc. I started signing into the pc and it worked smoothly.

But yesterday, I decided to purchase the Xbox game pass because the Funyet has a gaming option but only through the Xbox application. It was a great deal since I wanted to play Halo Infinite with my boyfriend, it took halo almost 10 hours to download. Not even that but once it was finished and ready to be used, the game kicked me out and the fan started to heat up.

I had to put my personal fan onto the mini pc for it to cool down during the download process because the poor thing couldn’t handle being on for more than 10 hours. I decided to give the little guy a break for 24 hours and today I was finally able to start playing halo. Quality was horrible, I tried watching videos to fix it but nothing was working. It constantly kept kicking me out of the game and I had to sit for 20-25 mins for the game to reload.

I understand that what you buy is what you receive but for almost $200, you would expect this pc to at least work fast but no. Unfortunately I would be getting my money back, if you want to go a cheap route i would suggest looking somewhere else. This product is not great for gaming but definitely great for personal use.
