My husband got me the Lenovo laptop for my birthday to upgrade me from my old laptop that had so many issues. The Lenovo laptop loads super fast, I’m able to do school work and game on it without any problems, it downloads mods without any problem, if you are big sims player and love mods then this is a good laptop to have especially if you are a beginner.

Just like the title says, it’s got plenty of processing speed for daily tasks. This was given as a gift and they say it works well while also having plenty of storage space. Great work or regular use laptop.

After a quick setup and adding some anti-virus software, and them allowing windows to move some items from her desktop to her Laptop, and finally an overnight break-in Everything was in place to hand it over to my wife with one exception, THE BONUS 500 GB HDD "was not in the box" and I had to use a QR code that got me to an online form to fill and hopefully acquire one in a reasonable time.

With that said, the laptop is running and has great speed , I was sweating it for a while because the UPS service that delivered my new laptop, dropped the box to the ground from a height of two feet

I might update this review based on how long it will tale for the 500 GB ext drive to reach me.

Just got mine yesterday. After taking forever to start up and getting it set up to use, it crashed twice. The one time it didn’t crash I was able to get in the Internet just for the screen to go black and getting a non responsive tab message. It was also supposed to come with a 500GB external hard drive and instead I got a little piece of paper saying I had to go to a website to have them mail it to me. It’s not even Lenovo’s website, it takes you to one with foreign language. Highly recommend not buying this laptop AT ALL

This Lenovo laptop had similar memory and storage to my old one(Yoga), so I expected similar or better performance. It seems a bit slow, in general--but my main issue is that on Zoom it gives a "low resources" message and my audio breaks up--even though I have high speed internet (400+ Mbps) through ethernet and close all other programs possible. If I try to even click on another tab the audio breaks up. As others have said, I guess I should have researched in more detail--you get what you pay for. Good price for a basic laptop. I'm not sure if it is the graphics processor or what makes it a bad match for Zoom.
