One of the best things about this HDMI switch is how easy it is to set up. I simply connected my Laptop and Xbox to the switch, plugged the switch into my monitor, and was up and running in minutes.
Overall, I would highly recommend the SABRENT 2 Input 1 Output HDMI Switch to anyone who is looking for a reliable, affordable solution for connecting multiple devices to their TV or Monitor whether they are 4k, 1080p and 120/144hz.

As others have noted, it comes with two USB 3.0 cables to connect your computers to it. Also, it is pretty lightweight, so it'll move around unless you secure it somehow. I just used a single piece of double sided tape to stick it down to my USB 3.0 hub (which is what this is connected to), and that seems to be working great.
I really (really) like that the lights on the front that indicate which computer is active are not bright. I can easily see which is active, but I don't need to put something over the top of the light to keep myself from being blinded.
Switching between computers is very easy with the push of a button.
Construction seems really good. I've purchased other Sabrent products. Some have been home runs, and some have been duds. This one seems like a good one.
Some reviewers have noted issues with their Windows machines, but I've only used Macs so far, so I can't speak to that.
All in all, this was a really nice update for me.
Minus a star because the single-connection side has USB-A and micro-USB connectors, and the dual-connection side has of all things a USB-B connector, which previously I have only seen on printers. In 2024 why aren't both USB-C?
Someone else complained about the in/out being on different sides -- this seems to be for some reason standard for this type of product. I use a 90-degree cable on the upstream side which mostly mitigates this.
Being a gamer, I looked for a KVM switch that would allow me to switch back and forth between my work laptop and my gaming desktop. I initially went with an IOGear KVM and was extremely disappointed because it couldn't keep up with my WPM and there would be some lag with typing. In worse cases, a key would get frozen and would stay stuck entering a key and the only way to stop it was to physically disconnect the keyboard from the KVM switch then reconnect it. I'm using a Razer Blackwidow
After looking around and doing some research, I took the chance on the Sabrent USB 3.0 USB switch. It acts as a direct passthrough as opposed to running off of software firmware so by hitting the switch to go back and forth, it's like actually disconnecting the keyboard (or whatever device you have) and then reconnecting to the PC/laptop you want to use it on.
My keyboard latency issue has been resolved by using this USB switch and no more stuck keys/characters. I highly recommend this to anyone who was having similar issues or wants a good USB Switch.
This supports USB 3.0 but also works with USB 2.0 devices (my keyboard is USB 2.0). Also worth mentioning that it has a micro USB power port but not sure what that would be needed for as I'm not using it. The power is pulled from the USB ports connected the PC/Laptop. I'm assuming it might be for something that draws more power?
Hope the review was helpful and this device works for your needs.
Note for Logitech users:
The device did not work with my Logitech G923. It would connect to the PC just fine but the PS4 would not recognize the Logitech wheel.
