5.0 out of 5 stars Great specs for the price. No major cons.

After weeks of researching gaming PCs, this one is the best value that I have come across. While I was never drawn towards white colored PCs, in person it looks much better than expected. Setting it up was quite easy and straightforward. Web browsing is very snappy. Boot times are great. It also runs quiet at a consistent sound even during intense gaming moments.

In terms of gaming. I have tested this PC with Elden Ring. On all settings set on high and in 1440p, it pretty much runs at stable 60 fps. This far exceeds what my PS5 could do and the game looks so much better than on it. In fact, I even tried enabling ray tracing at maximum and the fps was still fluctuating in mid 50s to 60!. The CPU is good enough where you can upgrade to a moderately better GPU like the rtx 4070, and even the 4070ti without experiencing any major bottlenecks if you want to in a few years, so there's a good future proofing aspect. Even as is, I'd say this PC is great for today's games and will be for quite a while.

If there are any cons to this PC, is that the wifi capabilities it comes with are far too poor for todays standards as it uses wifi 5. I ended up upgrading it with a wifi 6 PCIe card which at least trippled my wireless speeds while also providing a better form of bluetooth. It's this one "https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082NZYDDM?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title" and I highly recommend it if you plan on using this PC wireless. It's easy to setup even if you've never done it before.

Since I watch a good amount of videos on this PC, whether it's youtube or really anywhere, the RTX video enhancement is an amazing feature for making videos look much more clear and crisp. It is an absolute must if you plan on frequently watching videos. The GPU on this PC is capable of utilizing this feature much better than some of the older cards while being much more energy efficient and while preventing high temperatures.

The glass is crystal clear and you'd forget there is even glass there, given it a "naked" look at times which is quite aesthetically pleasing, especially with all of the RGB colors being emited. Opening and closing this PC if needed is also pretty easy to do even as a beginner. I didn't really require any extra work on this PC other than changing the wifi card (That becomes irrelevant if you use an ethernet cable). Other than that, it's pretty much plug and play.

I am so satisfied with this PC and it's capabilities, especially considering the value. For these reasons, I highly recommend it. It's hard to see where you could go wrong. This PC is now my daily machine for gaming, web browsing and watching vidoes with superior quality, and it will be for a long time. It meets every single one of my needs with flying colors! Again, highly recommend!

I'm writing this review to let you guys know what to expect when purchasing this PC. If you are going to play triple A games then this pc is for you. This is my first ever gaming pc going from a hundred dollar desktop computer and this 100% doesn't disappoint. If you are planning on getting this pc just for personal use and not gaming then it would be a little overkill however, for the price its a steal no matter what. Gaming wise this pc runs everything like a champ. On games like call of duty i play at around 160 - 240fps depends on where you are around the map (i play on a 144hz monitor aswell). I've had this pc for about a year and i haven't noticed any stutters or sudden crashes in any games. This pc will perform great in basically anything you throw it at especially with the 4060ti & i5-13400 combo and the new DlSS 3 that comes with the 4060ti. Also i think its worth mentioning that this pc doesn't make ANY noise at ALL. Like i stated before i have been using this pc for about a year and the pc fans are as quiet as can be even while playing hard to run games almost like white noise if you know what that is. When i got the pc it didn't seem to come with bloatware and it booted up windows 11. to add on it came with a already installed rgb app so that you can change the fan colors which i really like even though i turn them off once in awhile.

1.0 out of 5 stars It arrived in non working order.

I ordered this product for my daughter for Xmas. She opened it Xmas morning and was super excited...plugged everything in hit the power button and nothing...had to deal with thermal take support and tried everything to get it to work so we could enjoy it for her Xmas break...even bought a new Power Supply for it....turns out they think it was the motherboard that was bad so I had to mail it to them all the way in California and the just shipped it back to me so in another 5days maybe it will finally work and my daughter can enjoy her Xmas present 3 weeks later....the only saving grace was that ThermalTakes customer support has been phenomenal.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love this computer
Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2024
My previous few computers were custom made and I've always had so many problems getting those fully functional and as I get older I don't want to bother with that anymore. So I decided to buy this and I couldn't be happier. Nothing was broken, malfunctioning, or unplugged on arrival.

3.0 out of 5 stars Questionable quality control
Reviewed in the United States on October 18, 2024
Nice machine, reasonable price, but some quality control issues.
1. Included software to control case lights/fan lights/RAM stick lights doesn't really work, I cannot turn the RAM lights off no matter what, and half the time, that software won't even launch in Windows. This, despite it is a clean pre-install of Windows 11.
2.The PSU died abruptly after two months. Thermaltake offered to RMA the PSU only with a 7-10 business day turnaround for a new PSU. The way the case is engineered, it may take two hours of disassembly or more to remove the PSU in the first place. I'm not doing that.
3. (Not really QC, but useful.) The included 850w PSU is *not* modular. Aside from the strategically very well hidden/anchored/ziptied cables running throughout the case, there is a big fistful of wires bundled up together stuffed into a cavity at the bottom of the case. Real missed opportunity. Had it been modular, it would have been VERY easy to remove/swap out for a replacement...

I'm returning through Amazon and have ordered a new system. We'll see. A dead PSU and wonky lighting control are not desirable things.
