It works very well I play all the new games such as black ops 6 and warzone dayZ and many more I have over 20 games on it already. I would recommend this to any gamer and any mother brother or sister wanting to get a good christmas present.

It was said to arrive Monday but got here Saturday! 2 days early! Set up was quick and easy, and I’ve only experienced that it is a little slow and laggy when more than 2 applications are open but that’s livable! The price for what you get is awsome, and it is so satisfying to use. Be warned that if you want to call a friend on discord or anything of the like, you need to also buy a microphone. There’s two plugs on the front, one for a microphone and one for headphones. I have a headset with a mic but the mic won’t work on it. It’s one or the other. That’s the only bad thing. Other than that BUY IT!!!

As it was a refurbished computer I was initially leery of purchasing any electronic equipment used, but I'm very glad now that I did. I couldn't possibly have been more satisfied with a brand new rig, and the big discount on the refurbished PC versus new was a big plus. Granted my PC needs are not particularly demanding as my activities are primarily word processing, spreadsheet and internet scrolling. I do occasionally play computer strategy/war games which in the past have not required all that much computing/graphics power. However, I've noticed with a couple of recent gaming purchases (notably Civ 6 and Panzer Corps 2) that my old computer was incapable of handing the graphics of such games and I concluded that this is likely the start of a trend toward more graphic intensive strategy games. The (new to me) Lenovo performs flawlessly on these newer strategy games and I have every reason to suspect it will continue to do so for several years to come.

A month ago, my 8 years old pc video card went R.I.P. It was time for me to get a new toy, I never bough used pc before, so I decided to give it a chance and saw this whole set, It arrived before the time, it was very easy to put together, everything went so smooth without any problems, I waited for a month to give this review and let me tell you what, I LOVE IT!! I'm so happy I made the decision to buy it. When it arrived, I made a call to the seller of the pc to thanks Him for this awesome job they put together, ( LaLith the name of the technician who answered me) sent me a free headset (the one in the picture) as a gift!!! LALITH when you read this, I want to thank you so much for the gift and for being so professional with me in the phone, you are also the very first seller who gifted me something online and I enjoy both your product and your gift. I highly recommend This product for Affordable price, Efficiency and awesome Customer services. I did not need help in anything like I said, (everything worked and still works without any issues) but since my English is not my native language Lalith was very kind and patient with me on the phone when I called to thanks them. It runs my sims (and the extensive amounts of packs), steam and all its games and tons more. Coming from a “gaming” laptop to this was smoother than butter. Also a great way for my son to explore the PC gaming scene without crashing everything I own. And what an amazing price. 10/10
Planning to buy another ASAP so my family can multiplayer together as my laptop is not sufficient. Seriously, buy this, you won’t regret it.

Everything was packaged well but the computer isn't working. After getting it all set up the monitor keeps saying No Signal. I checked over all the cords, unplugged and replugged everything, even used a different hdmi cord and monitor, still just gave the No Signal message. At one point it finally turned on, computer screen loaded up, I entered my Microsoft and Google accounts and thought it was working fine. Three times, error messages popped up while I was just on YouTube to test the speakers and the internet forced quit. Then, after I had left to get lunch, the computer went to sleep and the monitor has not worked again, despite turning it and the computer on and off and rechecking the cords. Also, the keyboard is having similar issues in that it sometimes turns on when I turn on the computer, and sometimes doesn't, or just flashes a bit.

Really disappointed. I had hoped that this was a good deal for what I needed it for, now I'm kinda wishing I spent more and got something new during the Prime Day deals.

Update: Despite the return policy stating they would issue a full refund for defective items, I am still being charged $168 for a restock fee which also means they are planning to send out that broken computer to someone else who they will likely charge $168 as well. Scam.

The computer itself is ok but after using it for a month it starting lagging and overheating, the internal fan was faulty. I feel for the money and what it was suppose to be it was not worth the money.
