5.0 out of 5 stars Reliable pre-built that can play most games at a decent quality (with a few caveats)
Reviewed in the United States on April 30, 2024
I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. I'm in the process of putting together my own AMD build now, but I have to say this PC has served its purpose quite well over the last year.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worked great until one day...
Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2024
this computer was great for my son but lasted not even a year. One day it just wouldn't power up. Tried everything under the sun. So annoyed since it cost a bit of money as a Christmas gift. Now it is worthless. I wished that product support lasted for a life time just to help with your needs but mine expired conveniently months ago when I didn't need them. I would be very cautious on this product, especially if you don't want a kid disappointed and your bank account flat.

5.0 out of 5 stars its actually great!

This computer is way better than I expected. I was a little weary at first due to the price being cheaper than all the competitors. Easy to install, easy to setup, handles all my games flawlessly (examples: beamng, American truck sim). The only downside is some of the parts are pretty outdated so if you want to play Microsoft flight simulator you would have to make some upgrades. It’s very quiet and loads up very quickly and puts out very little heat. If you’re just getting into gaming computers this is a great introduction computer in my opinion.

4.0 out of 5 stars So good!

At first I worried about getting this but it works so well and comes so well, at first it says not to use some ports but don’t listen to it, the main one is in the back bottom right import if using it to connect to your monitor! It also comes with an internet port so make sure you use it! It’s speedy and the screen colors work so well! It’s compatibility work so well. I honestly would get this for my brother once it’s his birthday and it’s cheek for how good it is.

5.0 out of 5 stars I love this computer.
Reviewed in the United States on July 14, 2023
This computer was a steal for the price and the specs. I am just a casual gamer, I play Elder Scrolls Online and Neverwinter Online. This computer makes them look great, with the highest limits. It's also really beautiful. I had some questions and the seller answered very quickly.

I was not contacted to leave a review or anything like that, I bought the computer and I love it. It's really fast and the only drawback was that I can't upgrade to Windows 11 since some of the hardware is not compatible, yet! I hope that will change but if it doesn't it still is a great computer for the price!

Oh, I want to add that the wifi and the Bluetooth are not cards that are installed but USB plugins. For me, that's no big deal because I use my internet directly plugged in and I don't use Bluetooth for anything. It might be useful for other people to know.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Nice!

After some initial problems with wifi and sound, we are happy with this purchase. We only wish there had been a large flyer warning of included adapters for wifi and sound to work. We were very frustrated and spent too much time trying to get it to work.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy from this company
Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2024
This was the second computer from them. The first one I bought had a faulty hard drive, the replacement one I got the video card failed after one 2 weeks of use. I called customer support, and this came from a supervisor, said, it failed because Amazon jarred it around. Seriously when you get a replacement computer and it goes out as well. Just stay away from this company. The customer support with them is horrible and their product if very sub-standard. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m looking at the reviews and all of them are bad with complaint after complaint about the quality of the product. STAY AWAY FROM COMPUTERS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

2.0 out of 5 stars Looks Good, Doesn't Work Well
Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2024
If you're not someone who plays a lot of games, especially heavy games, this build should be fine. Overall, it looked cool, worked decent, but had a few major issues. The internet connection was very poor until I moved the USB for it into another port and after some time, it began messing up once again. The download speed was horrible as well, likely due to the cheap parts used in the build. A cheap motherboard makes the entire computer fall apart. Wouldn't recommend this for people who use their computer a lot for gaming, especially with friends.
