    I was a little skeptical as some poor reviews said it was shiny like plastic, the edges were sharp and they worried about scratching the laptop. The only thing I will say is that if you are looking for something heavy, and very durable.. this is not your case. This is a thin, sheer with black tint, plastic cover that will protect from scratches and minor damage. It snapped into place with ease, and fits like a glove. It also does not have sharp edges like one review said. It did not scratch my laptop. The color comes through the case perfectly and while it does have a little shine to it, it is more matte than I expected. You can't tell there is a case at first glance.

    This case is a perfect fit for the 2023 M2. Its a beautiful opaque blue shade, very similar to the metal’s midnight blue. The opaque shade its prefect for a stealth look and the mac logo it’s very visible if you look perpendicular from it, obviously not from the sides since it has an extra layer of plastic.
    BUT this is NOT a protector, this is a case to avoid light scratches when moving the laptop around the table and prevents you from putting your oily-sweaty finges on it. The M2 has a beautiful color but it’s a fingerprint nightmare the second you hold it, this case prevents that. It’s easy to clean (remove dust) and you don’t have to worry about damaging the blue metal. This is a very thin and probably brittle plastic and will never protect your computer from fall damage… only from oily-sweaty fingers.

    Just had this item delivered today and I am very impressed with the quality and fit of the MacBook cover. Installed in 10 seconds flat and fits my 15” computer like a glove. I can barely tell it’s even there. Doesn’t add hardly any bulk and looks great with monitor opened or closed. Will keep this one.

    This case is perfect. It’s very durable, easy to install and remove if you need to. The color (I chose blue) matches perfect with my Mac. Provides great protection especially in the corners. Worth the amount spent.

    I like the look (great color match - Starlight), and cover is not slippery, zero fingerprints. I am not sure if it would offer much protection is laptop fell or was dropped, but it will protect the exterior w/o sacrificing look or feel. Fits perfectly/could maybe see it popping off if it is dropped-clipped on very easily. I don’t expect t it to show scratches. Doesn’t really add thickness or weight. Good value.

    I just got the cover today so cannot speak about longevity, but it looks really nice on my new MacBook Air 15 inch. I got the Clear Starlight version and it looks really classy. When you unpack it, it looks a bit yellowish golden, and it's not perfectly clear, it's a bit textured matte. I was a bit worried about what it would look like when on, but it looks very elegant and shows off the pretty Starlight color of the laptop. It's very easy to put on and compared to other covers that I've had, it has nice sturdy little "feet." They are larger than most and look like they will last. The cover does add some weight to your laptop, but not bulk, and I am not sure it could be any thinner. Overall, I am very happy with this!

    Perfect initial fit, material has a nice level of give (does not seem brittle, like some other “economy” shells). Pebbling is substantial, but still classy, and should hide scuffs and scratches well.

    I really like this cover. It’s super lightweight but feels firm and secure. It has nice little clip-on spots along the sides to keep it from falling off or moving around - it’s *very* secure. I personally love the pearlescent hue that it has, but you should note that it is not JUST clear - as I saw some people were upset about that. I think it looks great - and also obvious - and is subtle enough that it doesn’t look amateur or sparkly at all. I work in the legal field, so I need something pretty subtle and this is perfect. It’s also incredibly slip resistant, much more than the actual laptop feet. Overall, gets the job done, makes me feel safe toting around my laptop, and it looks really nice and professional.
