    I have lots of label makers and label printers and I think this is the one that ends them all. It’s super-easy to set up (the app does NOT require login!) and easy to use. The print quality is excellent. The best thing is the versatility of the different sizes and kinds of labels. As long as you don’t need larger than 3.15 by 2 or need color, this is the perfect label maker.

    This Item surprised me. Very tiny, inexpensive item. Using the app for it is extremely easy. Stores saved work. And comes with many premade templates. I use this quite often. Prints perfectly straight. Great little product.

    How do I not have this in my life sooner. It's great for a small business if you need to create a label, barcode, or expiration date. Being able to put a label on the side jar and it won't smear off is a game changer. The print quality is good, love being able to print as many as needed. The app is very helpful if you find yourself having questions. Yes, I had questions. Had the roll of stickers in the wrong way.
    This is a great value and would recommend it if you don't want to spend a lot of money on labels.

    I just received mine. It worked out of the box, I followed the instructions and it connected on the first try. Initially, it seems like a well constructed product and not a piece of junk. Like many Chinese products the instructions could be slightly better, but if you have powerpoint experience you will get the interface. I was able to set up my ideal print template quickly and printed labels within 10 minutes. The labels do not get marked by touching or friction after printing, so the label you print will stay clean and crisp without additional marks. I wanted an on-the-go, wireless label maker and this seems like it is going to work. It's not going to replace a pro unit with automation and sophisticated software but fits the needs for personal use. 5 Stars as this is what I expected and was at a fair price.

    This machine is confusing. If you have it plugged in you get an error message that it’s low power, unplug and plug back in then it’ll work. I had to unplug it to use it without the error message. Tried messaging the company to no avail I was ghosted.
    Works but not like it was advertised.
    * Update got word from company, they are sending a new printer to me. I’m not going to change my rate until I receive my replacement printer and use it for a couple days. Happy with customer service they helped after finally getting in touch with me. The print is very nice, love that I can put my own custom logo.

    It’s not a bad product it’s pretty small in size and compact and easy to connect to it’s quiet when it prints and the quality of it is pretty good especially for the price however the app you have to use isn’t versatile with certain prints and some parts of it is hard to use… also the most difficult part is that you have to put the label roll in exactly right or it won’t work

    I would have rated the label maker and software with 5 stars if the software would allow for us to
    1) print from the computer,
    2) cut the labels better with a one hand swip instead of a two handed fold and careful cut along the embedded cutter, and
    3) if the print of photos was of a better quality.
    Other than that, it's a really good and FAST printing label maker.
    I've only printed one to 10 labels at a time and they print consistently.
