Yet to use, but initial inspection shows this backpack to be of very high quality design and material, time will tell, but so far it easily worth the $80 I spent on it.
It is a bit on the bigger size, but nothing ridiculous. It is exactly the right size for a student to carry a 16" laptop, a few books/notebooks, misc. items like a mouse and pens and then have room to spare. It also has two very nice external pockets on each side that are large enough for a insulated water bottle. It has a large middle storage area that expands to about 6" deep with enough room for several books and it has 2 zipper pockets and a separator. A nicely paddy laptop and tablet storage area. Plenty of small pockets in the front storage area for lots of little things. A little extra touch is that the handle on top has a metal reinforcing rod in it for extra strength.
Not sure if this is good or bad, depends on your needs, but it has an integrated "rigid" glasses case accessible through a front zipper and extends into the middle storage area. Great if you have sunglasses or reading classes, otherwise it is not removable and does take up some space. Could also be used for pens or other small items.
