    I ordered this printer to set up a new home office. I previously had an HP Laserjet 400 MFP M425dn and while it was reliable and worked really well, it was very large. This one seems to have the same footprint, but it’s only about 2/3 as tall and it’s off-white and gray instead of black, like my old one, so I like the look a lot better. Both machines print 35pom, but this new one has a much faster first page print speed, so it feels like it’s faster. The 3101 is also wireless, while the old one wasn’t, so that’s very convenient. Set up was very fast and easy. Highly recommend!

    Loving this printer so far. Starts up fast, prints fast, and the print quality is good. So happy to get rid of the inkjet.

    The unit runs smoothly and efficiently. The one beef I have with it is when I use the auto-feeder to scan two sided documents. The machine doesn't automatically scan both sides of the document like my old Brother printer/scanner/copier did. I have to flip the pages over after the device scans the first sides of the group of docs and repeat the process. Not only is this time-consuming, but the final scan pages aren't always in the correct sequence, either. If you don't scan or copy a lot of two-sided documents, this machine is effective and easy to use.

    This all in one is great for a small home office. I needed to upgrade my small canon printer for something that could handle a lot of printing and faxing and this machine is it. Super easy to set up, prints super fast just like in a big office; has the ability to fax, scan, and copy. Perfect. I even got a two pack of the toner cartridges on sale.

    I printed a few pages and envelopes before the hardly readable scree started telling me to load paper when the paper loader is already filled. The freaking thing is brand new and HP instructions is already telling me to unplug the machine to reboot it, which didn't work. Moreover, they want you to have a subscription to use their HP Smart application. What a scam. This printer made me miss a very important deadline. Repulsive. I am returning it before I go completely off. Absolute garbage and a scam. Machine is probably rigged to get you to pay for a subscription. I'm am so tired of these oligarchs and their scams.
