I'm a Pokémon trading card game player, and after my last backpack broke, I was looking for a replacement. This bag is EXACTLY what I needed for a few reasons
1: It's not too big.
My usual backpacks are big, so I can have as big a carry-on as allowed when flying. But they're too big for packing my TCG stuff to a local event, and the shape makes everything fall to the bottom in a mess. This bag is perfectly sized and shaped to fit my items. Speaking of shape...
2: It's the right shape
The rectangular shape is great, and the bag isn't too wide. This means you can stack things like deck boxes without them just toppling over. When you get to your destination, the boxes will still be stacked how you put them in because of the dimensions of the bag
3: The pockets and compartments are great
2 pockets on the outside are great for water bottle and umbrella. The bag is just tall enough that you can actually fit a Monster plastic playmat tube in the bag and save a pocket.
There's a separate zipper against your back that's perfect for your trade binder
There's enough little pockets and mesh pouches inside for a small notebook, some pens, your granola bars, portable battery, tissues, masks, etc.
Whether I'm just packing one deck box and my playmat, or several decks + spare boxes of sleeves, this bag PERFECTLY suits my needs as a TCG player. It's also surprisingly well-built for such a cheap bag. I got this for ~$20 and had VERY low expectations, which this surpassed.
My only complaint? The thickness of the bag's material means my Pokémon pins don't stay on :( Mine have rubber backs that don't lock, and the bag is thick enough that they fall off. Maybe if your pins have metal locking backs, you can get them to snap and stay
