    This small powerful mini PC works perfect, this is not my first Beelink Mini PC that I purchased and have used along the years, so far without any problem. It is already in use for a several weeks and I'm very satisfied with its performance and silence of the blower during work.
    If you find it in a "good" price, don't hesitate.
    Very recommended.

    I needed something small and this has more power than I thought it would have. Sure, it's using one of the "H" cpus and has integrated graphics, but this particular combination is as capable as my 7th gen i7 Desktop with discrete graphics - and is more powerful in some aspects.

    The fan does run when under a load, but that's understandable for the footprint this thing is trying to occupy - and the fan is a lot quieter at full speed than most of the other computer fans I've been around. They must have invested in quality fans that produce sound at a frequency that is not nearly as "noisy" as others.

    I'm running it at 4k and it will tackle a browser-based game just fine. It starts up nice and snappy, and handles all the office work I can throw at it. That, and I can hide it behind the monitor or stick it in my pocket. The bluetooth works great with my Logitech KB/Mouse so I don't have to have an extra dongle, but there are tons of outputs if I needed to. Having DisplayPort as well as HDMI was a plus for me since my monitors cover the spectrum of inputs due to their widely varying age. For a simple office setup, the HDMI cable delivers sound through the monitor speakers and bluetooth connects KB/Mouse, so I've only got 2 wires out the back and no dongles. It's clean - and effective.

    If you're in the market for a NUC form-factor PC, this thing is a great value. For the price you get decent RAM, SSD, and it even has Windows 11 preinstalled, much to my surprise. I swapped out the drive and put Ubuntu on it, and it's running great!

    My old desktop PC died and had to get a new computer. I really did not want to spend what a new desktop PC would cost and found these "mini-pc's" while browsing Amazon. I basically only use my computer for email and internet, so I did not really need anything to fancy.

    I am no computer expert by any means and was really unsure of what type/brand to get. Finally decided on this Beelink and it seems to do a good job for the most part.

    Runs fast enough for me, set up was easy, runs fairly quiet (I do hear the fan when I open a lot of websites, but it's not bad at all), and takes up very little room.

    I do have a problem every now and then, where it freezes up on some websites. I don't know if it me that is causing it to do this (remember, I am no computer expert!), or if it is the website itself (Etsy, are you listening!?) that maybe is causing the freeze ups.

    But overall, I feel like it's a good purchase.

    I got it to replace a Windows 10 system that can't be upgraded and so far it meets expectations. It will be used mainly for video streaming and some office applications. It worked very well out of the box with no issues. Nothing negative so far.

    I'm a simple person with simple needs in electronics. First need is a computer that is easy to setup. Second need is a computer that works as advertised. EVERYTHING ELSE is just icing on the cake. Oh and I do like having it ready to work in about 20 seconds or less from when I push the little button. My space here is limited and the size is excellent. PRICE,, almost forgot to mention that the price didn't break the bank. I'm still surprised at how much system we got for the price.

    This was a great computer until..., bought Jan 2023 for school. On Oct 10 2023 it refused to power up. I liked the speed, storage, price, low power, small, quiet, and minor upgrade options. If it hadn't had issues I would be writing a 4'or 5 star review. The cooling is inadequate, I even changed the thermal paste(which helped) as what Beelink applies and uses is well..cheap, sloppy, and hard. This mini PC runs hot and Beelink knows it as the SER6 has better cooling. Now comes the part buyers need to consider. My Ser5 was outside of the 30 day return window and within the 1 year warranty offered by Beelink. I also bought an extended warrany as I'm unfamiliar with Beelink even though the reviews love this company.in short I had to go though Beelink in China for the warranty. Buyers need to know that if this is your primary computer it will 4 to 6 weeks to get the replacement. I had pay to send the defective Ser5 to some return center in Alabama, all the while communicating with a Beelink associate in China, there was some delay because I sent the Serv5 with signature required and Beelink didn't like that, then I had to email them no less than 6 times to get updates. They provided a bunch of excuses like they couldn't send it because they didn't have a complete phone #, then it was a delay due to some form didn't update, then another excuse followed by another excuse. They finally shipped the replacement via DHL from Hong Kong so it was constantly delayed getting through customs. I finally received the replacement 11/24. Avoid the Ser5 as it's has cooling issues. I will avoid Beelink if I stick with mini PC's in the future. 4 to 6 weeks to get a replacement is unacceptable as there are many options in the $350 PC market. I can't believe they don't have a distribution center they can ship from and provide replacements much quicker. I think after all this they should have sent me a SER6 as a good faith gesture.
