    This little jewel is great for the traveling professional when a printout is needed. It is a thermal printer, so the advantages are no ink or cartridges to buy, the flipside is you must have thermal paper. I connected it to my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and printed the two pages seen in the photo I provided. It has the resolution of a high grade fax machine but is quite adequate for printing invoices on the go, a black and white photo for a file folder, and many other uses. It comes with a USB thumb drive that has the drivers loaded on it for Mac and Windows machines. I connected it to my Windows 11 laptop and loaded the drivers, following the instructions provided. Note: You must connect the printer to the computer and power it on before installing the drivers. Installed without a hitch following those instructions. Overall I'm very pleased with the device for its intended purposes. This is not a production printer. It is for quick prints on the go. All the items in the picture comes in the box. There is no power supply, so you'll need a USB charger for it. I placed it on an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper so you can get an idea of the compactness of this little printer.

    This printer gets an A++ The set up is extremely easy. I set up the printer and then printed my first document,which is the picture you see with this review. I am pleased. The printer is quiet, fast, and the text is clear. The process in itself was simple. I would highly recommend this product. I love that you can take it with you wherever you go and be able to print a document on demand. The convenience is wonderful. The printer is not bulky. It is the perfect size. I cannot stress enough how clear the printing is. There are no smudges. It is perfect!

    I really liked this printer. I'm surprised that printers are evolving and becoming easier to use and transport. I've taken it to work and used it from the app on my cell phone. It doesn't weigh much and you can print without using printing ink. I hope that in the future you can print on both sides of the paper, but it's still a good investment because you can print anywhere, anytime. I highly recommend it for people who are constantly out of the office.

    Since I make presentations on a regular basis this will definitely come in handy for me. It's small and lightweight so easy to carry around to use on the go. Installing was quick and painless. Very happy with this purchase.

    I travel to Sweden a couple of times a year. I take classes in the summer and a printer is useful, but it must meet some criteria.

    Good stuff-
    The print quality is good.
    It handles fanfold paper (but not all thermal fanfold paper, it seems that the paper must have specific black sync bars at the top and the bottom of each sheet)
    The print app is pretty good.
    It handles A4 paper
    compact and lightweight (550g)

    Not so good stuff-
    Their paper is pricey
    I cannot find A4 paper (this may be a deal preaker)
    The latching mechanism is klunky
    The app loses sync with the printer fairly often
    The A4/US Letter selector is klunky
    little difficult to load paper straight

    the ummm stuff-
    Limited to 10 mb documents (not a problem for my needs)

    I did not expect this device to be so handy as I was looking for a way to print one pagers of documents from my phone, sort of like a quick note print. My network printer from Dell didn't really give me good choices for printing from android so I set out to find something that can sit in my living room or take with me if I needed to on vacation.
    Enter this device. I didn't need battery power but that's a huge plus for it's portability! I walked I to this knowing it was a thermal printer and hoped to have quick and dirty prints. This fits the bill and beyond!
    I used the 20 sheets to test the device with ONE charge. I was extremely pleased with that! I ordered rolls for future prints and was happy at the prices I found.
    One huge gripe is if I feed it and don't make sure it's straight it will eat the edges and crease the paper instead of self correction or anything to help it mid print. Thankfully it's easy to re feed but if I'm mobile I would have to refeed it again. So I need to figure out a way to feed it perfect each time with paper.
    Even with that the software makes up for it because everything on my phone is now printable! Each of the softwares I tried for my home printer wouldn't even do that!
    Thinking about another just to keep one in my living room corner readily feed with paper and one to travel with.
