    Had difficulty inserting the SIM card. Once I got it in, I plugged it in and it said it was fully charged, but when I turned it on it kept saying please charge? So that was confusing… after about 20-30 minutes I tried turning it on again and it turned on with about 25% battery. So far it seems to be working fine, however, the signal seems to be iffy around the house. Other than that, works great

    I ordered it from Amazon took it to AT&T had it activated on my account it doesn’t connect well and when it does it jumps in and out don’t waste your money very unreliable
