    Received in great condition. Looks like a new unit. Unboxed and set up in no time. Even had HDMI put that was a great surprise. Works like new. Windows11 . Fast shipping. As shown and a little better. Go people to do business with.

    First of all, the computer works fine and is at a bargain price. You should be aware that, at least as far as my machine was concerned, the appearance was difference and unlike the pictured computer there was no DVD or CD device. If course, that could be a blank space filler in the picture. Also, the video outputs were display ports, not HDMI.

    Both problems were addressed by purchasing a $20.00 external DVD drive and a Display Port-HDMI driver. For the money, I am happy enough to buy one again knowing the shortfalls.

    These machines are great machines if sold by people who KNOW how to correctly sell them. First of all unboxing the machine I found there was a card that had been removed prior to shipping. This was evident because they forgot to replace the blanking plate that is removed when a video card or other card is installed. Turns out this card was a video card. This means that I have to use the native video ports (display port) which was changed when the card they removed was programmed in BIOS to use that card not the native video onboard. So now when I plug in the display port adapter NOTHING is displayed on the screen. This means I have to install a video card and go into the BIOS change back to the factory video setting which would then allow me to use the display port.

    Turns out the reason they were using an independent video card is because the onboard is dead!!

    This computer was easy to set up right out of the box. It has been reliable and able to handle all of our needs. With multiple users and plenty of work, it has held up wonderfully. All ports that we have needed are working. I would recommend this computer for similar uses.
