    Highly suggest downloading Lenovo Vantage app so you can get everything working.
    This will give you the drivers and updates needed to get the most out of the system. My camera would not connect without doing this.

    I picked this chromebook because of the processor and because I like Lenovo hardware. It has the kind of processor used in phones ans tablets, unlike the AMD and Intel processors in other laptops. Great for watching movies and web surfing, nice keyboard, good battery life. I bought another one for my daughter. A good buy.

    Laptop has more crapware installed in it than any computer I've ever seen. Battery defective at 70% after 1 1/2 hours of minimal use, even with all the unnecessary Windows services and startup junk disabled.

    It also was very, and I mean VERY, slow. You click a toggle icon in Windows Settings, and can count two full seconds before it toggles left or right. It may be I just had a lemon model and the rest are ok. Who knows? Either way, this was a time suck of having to set everything up, then reset everything and ship it back. Time = Money. Thus, even with a refund and the return, this was a loss of time and money for me.

    Highly disappointed and returned the item as it is not the same as a standard US keyboard as . However, the seller acknowledged & apologized for this mistake, and followed up several times to make sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction, which it was. I would buy again from this seller.
