    Ordered this item because of the price and some reviews. I have a smart tv on the 3rd floor and my router is in the basement. While other devices receive a signal just fine, this particular tv has some reception issues and this has helped tremendously. Some reviewers stated issues with setup but I found setup to be pretty easy. I used its setup website because I always have issues when connecting ANY device using my routers' WPS. It took all of 5 minutes to setup. Another thing I think some people aren't doing is starting off in the same room as their router. This is a MUST. The extender should be plugged in to an outlet as close to the router as possible during the setup process. Once this is done, you can move the extender to a new location. I moved mine to a location on the main level of the house and my 3rd floor smart tv went from receiving just 1 bar of wireless connection to 4. Wonderful product and we'll see how it holds up over time.

    Just hooked it up. Super simple. Followed the instructions - plugged it in, waited for the power light to change from amber to green.Then I pressed the WPS button on the unit and it started blinking. I then pressed the WPS button on the router and it also started blinking. The two units connected, and the WPS light on the extender glowed a steady green. Setup time: 3 minutes.I unplugged the extender and moved it to an outlet about halfway between my router and the room in the house that had inadequate wi-for coverage. I then speed-tested 4 separate outlet locations on the same wall and left it plugged in to the fastest.Lastly, I did several speed tests between connecting to the router and connecting to the new extender. Router: just over 3 Mbps download speed; Extender: average 24 Mbps! Rock-solid connection. Total time spent from unboxing to end of the final speed test: about 20 minutes.This thing rocks!

    I still can't believe this was so easy to set up and works so well. We have a 300 MBps wifi router, and can extend signal with speeds over 100 MBps in the furthest corner of our house. I am not very knowledgeable about IT stuff, but found the instructions easy to follow and had no issues during setup. This is a dual band extender, and while we set it up for both 2.4 and 5 GHz, we find that the range on the 5GHz is great. To set up, you plug it in to an outlet in the same room as your router, use a mobile device (I used my phone) to go through the setup steps, then plug it in to an outlet at the edge of the router range (which for us was upstairs in a hallway) and then connect your devices. Start to finish the whole process took me about 20 minutes.

    I was so tired of hearing about devices getting dropped. Over and over. Teens complaining. I have to admit even my tablet. So I did some research and bought this extender to go with my router. The set up was easy. And no more complaints. Everyone is happy. This really works. I put mine downstairs and almost into the family room, super far, and I still got a green light and everyone is happy. No more drops. Side note if your not tech savvy like me. After set up, log out of your old router settings and log into the extender and your good to go. A+++ worth every dollar.

    This extender is great! I have live in a quadplex and there's a massive brick fireplace that basically acts as a wall between that and my room. My router wouldn't cut it as it's also a cable modem and my place is old/doesn't have any ethernet port, so it's quite far away from my room since it has to live near the coax cable port. I wasn't getting the full speed I paid for my internet due to the giant brick wall. Everytime I'm in my room I would get a down speed of 50 - 65mpbs, to add, my roommate, whose room is quite a distance and very wally, would only get 30 -60 mbps. But with the extender, we now get the full 100 - 110 mbps! Everything streams in 4K on Netflix and even 5K on some YouTube videos! 110% recommend this product!

    Well, read all the reviews and decided to buy this.... I am very happy. I follow the setup directions by linking to their website. Everything happened and worked as described with no problems getting this going. I now have coverage in the entire house. Great product for a little price.PS: some reviews were correct, when you power this up, it does take a few minutes for the power light to go blue, so be patient.

    This is the best thing ever. I have a large house that has over 4 floors, the router is on the second floor. By the time that I'm on the 4th floor the internet would sporadically just not work or be slow. So I looked to Amazon for a Wifi-extender and it fit my budget perfectly. I didn't think it would help all that much, but my internet speed shot from 2 mb/s to 10 mb/s.I really really recommend it to anyone with a large house.

    Wow, fast delivery; one day! Easy set up, I plugged it into the hall wall socket, which was about 2/3rds of the length of my house from the router. I now have 5 bars of wifi in the last bedroom, at the opposite end of the house. I am a happy camper and have already referred my brother to this product. We do everything on wifi at this house. We do not have cable or satellite, we stream thru 2 Rokus, a TiVo Romio, the phone is VoIP, the printer is wireless, and with tablets, desktops and laptops going, the Wifi is very important!
