    This is one great computer, for what it has the value is good. My granddaughter needed a fast computer to run her VR Quest 3 and this one does it well, the speed is very fast. It was very easy to setup. Flashes different colors.

    This is a POS Garbage product that comes pre installed with malware do not buy. Have only installed basic word applications & steam yet this pc is already crashing & I’m now totally unable to login. Save your money, do not buy this pc.

    Purchased this beast for MSFS. ADDED A 2tb Samsung 990pro to empty slot and this machine with the 4070 super exceeds my ecxpectations. I’m seeing 60-70fps in ultra 4k settings. . Everything works like it’s supposed to work. I can’t understand all these people who say to stay away from this product. Highly recommend Alienware products. Once you receive the computer you must upgrade windows update to use alien command center. This machine only gets fan noise when playing extensive based graphics like it’s supposed too. Great value for money.

    I purchased this computer and this computer is fast and the computer is quiet you don’t even know it is on. I would recommend this computer.

    I bought this computer for my first days in college, figuring that Alienware would be a trustworthy brand of computer to invest in, so naturally, I stumbled across this computer, noticed its reasonable price, and purchased. The computer worked great for the first month before a major problem came up. Apparently, the cooling agent that the computer came with was not enough to actual cool the computer enough, so the computer would randomly freeze after 20-40 minutes of being turned on and would not work until you gave it a hard-restart or unplugged it completely. Sometimes, the computer would even freeze within the first 60 seconds.
    I ended up going to a computer repair shop and had to pay $150 dollars to get a new cooling agent. This worked... For a while... About 3 weeks later, the problem returned. The computer would start freezing again.
    I've tried uninstalling things, checking the ram, scanning for viruses, it all amounted to nothing.
    The computer runs extremely smoothly when it does work, but you can only enjoy that for about 30 minutes or so.

    Finally got an Alienware after gaming for years.
    I really do not care for the brightness of the light
    near the front that is the height of the machine.
    Otherwise, I'm ecstatic...

    This product has been glitchy from the start and now not allow me to sign in, without internet but won’t connect to the internet without me signed in. Microsoft support is terrible, will not put you through to a real person and help tips aren’t available for my issue.

    Update, crashes and freezing all the time. Pretty much unusable
