I live in a guest house in back of my daughter. I feed off my daughter’s Wi-Fi. My signal is weak. My printer could not connect to the weak signal. My bedroom TV would cut in and out. After adding this extender, I can now use my printer and my bedroom TV is working great. I am 75 years old and have a tough time with technology so I was worried about my being able to get this to work. I was able to connct it in just a few minutes and had my printer going in just a little while. The only problem I had was not with the extender it was with me getting my daughter’s password right. That’s not the equipments fault that’s the fault of old age. I would give it higher than a 5 star if possible. Well worth the price.
