I really like the product. It's easy to use and the magnification level is great at 3X. I like the LED light source and appreciate it has a USB to power connection cable included as well as the four batteries required to operate without an external power source. I also like the way it ejects the viewed slides through the bottom and neatly stacks them so they can easily be returned to the slide boxes they came from.

My only small complaints are that the power cable is very short so, in my environment, it's useless, and the lens has dirt on the inner surface that I have no way of cleaning without taking the device apart. Also, the rear light diffuser panel of white plastic already has specks of dirt on it and, again, no known way of cleaning it without disassembling the machine.

I would still recommend this device to anyone. It is a good product for the price and well constructed.

I wanted a slide viewer to go through hundreds of slides from the late '60's when my husband was in the navy in Japan. The slides often got stuck and I had to push it out with another slide or turn it up and shake it. When it worked it was a good, clear picture. I was able to get through all the slides but it was frustrating
