This is our second Chromebook. This one is so easy to use. We were able to set it up ourselves and started quickly. It’s perfect for searching the web, email, simple docs, streaming movies and doing online bill paying. The built in virus protection is a plus. The camera is just ok but fine for family zoom meetings. It doesn’t have all the “bells and whistles” of some laptops but it is perfect for what we need.

I have other Acers and this one is the SLOWEST one I have ever bought.
Wish I could send it back. What a waste of money!
I bought the piece of JUNK in April of this year. THREE times it just blacks out!
Tried to find help but can't get any! I wish I could return this piece of junk!

I am typing this message on my other old Acer that has never had this black out problem. The one I bought in April is blacked out!
