The installation went pretty easy, but it stopped working within a couple of days, nothing could connect through it. I tried to reset, reinstall, etc. and it will not connect. I don't have the original packaging and am still in my window to return, but without the packaging I cannot return it and there is no support what so ever. I bought a different make and model and have no issues, everything connected immediately. DON'T BUY.

Easy connection ! Put halfway between your current wifi and where you need coverage. The directions only show how to connect it to your phone but the same directions worked for my laptop, iPad and MacBook. It was super simple !

I tried both operation modes (WiFi repeater and AP) and the WiFi signal is really bad. The device is supposed to cover up to 1200 sq ft and penetrate through walls, but thats not true for me.
Even tried using dual channel, 2G only and 5G only and is BAD.
I feel deceived by the advertisement listed in this amazon item. I do not recommend to buy this repeater.

The instructions ask you to sign in using the last six digits of my MAC number. When I looked, the MAC number is hidden. The I tried the 192.168.11.1 method and I got hundreds of sites. After that I looked at instructions on Amazon and was asked to go to "network" at bottom right of my computer screen. Where is "network"?
I tried but nothing worked, returning it.

My WiFi modem is in the front of my house and I needed something to extend the signal to my back yard. I installed this in a bedroom near the back of the house and now my WiFi works great when I'm anywhere outside in my yard.
