UPDATE 6/23/2024: customer service was exceptional, I had missed the return date by one day and contacted them and they provided a return shipping label and refunded the purchase price.
I purchased this as a Mother’s Day gift, for my mother. She has Parkinson’s and just needed something bigger than her phone too. Check her email and get on social media like Facebook. I bought something reasonably priced with fairly good reviews, it seemed decent enough. The set up was very easy. We have literally turned the computer on three times. The first time was the initial set up. The second time she used it to log into a few of her personal accounts and Facebook and set up bookmarks for websites that she would use frequently. Today, literally one day after the return window, the computer is throwing Errors and warnings, Trojan air, warning, messages, saying if you close the dialog box it will expose all of your personal information. It’s my fault for making the purchase, I should have went with something simple like an apple product tablet. Computer is just too complicated for an elderly woman with Parkinson’s. Very sad that this did not work, she will not be using it in the money has been wasted by purchasing this. Hopefully other people have better luck. We were not looking for anything fancy, like I said just something that would allow her to check her Facebook and a few websites, email. Maybe read the news.
