Works right and great for school use

I have had this computer for a couple of weeks, and it is suitable for school use, such as writing essays. The keyboard is really nice; it has the right clicks I like. The mouse is more of a tap than a click, so I like the tap as it makes less noise and is more flexible. If you like smooth mouse clicks, this might not be the case. I do not recommend playing games on this computer, but it is fast for office and school usage.

This laptop is pretty nice. I like that the default touchpad sensitivity is good and everything loads up quickly. The keyboard is a little bit loud, but it's not a big problem for me. The design is light and I really like the silver color. I don't have any big issues with the laptop and everything works well for now.

Multiple Issues, Zero Customer Support

I got this laptop while it was on sale for 2023 Black Friday. I get dead pixels on the screen THE DAY AFTER the return window ends. Amazon refuses to let me return it. Call it dumb unlucky, but the laptop shouldn’t get dead pixels only months after getting it. Jumper’s customer service is non existent as well. As of writing this review, I have had the laptop for around 6-7 months, and it no longer turns on. It’s just a dead black screen. I’ve tried to fix it, but trying to get the back off this laptop is super sketchy compared to most laptops and I gave up after an hour. Don’t wanna break anything on it and make it my fault. I thought this would be a great laptop, and it was when it worked. But all these issues with a brand new computer coupled with the huge lack of customer service makes it beyond frustrating. I can’t afford to get another laptop but I NEED IT for school. So I’m screwed. Thanks Amazon, thanks Jumper. Not buying again unless someone who can help me reaches out to me. (Please someone reach out to me and help)

This laptop is an excellent performer. It has a great configuration. Even if you have multiple programs open at the same time, there is no problem. It has a 14 inch screen size, which is my favorite size. The resolution of the screen is HD and you can see very clearly. It is not heavy so it is easy to carry around on the go. It comes with a large battery capacity and a long battery life. It has multi-functional ports that make it easier to use. In short, its a nice laptop. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a computer in the near future.

The performance is out of exceptional base on the price! With 12GB of DDR 4 RAM, it can handles multitasking effortlessly. As so far I can have numerous applications running simultaneously without any issues. It responsive smooth when I use the Lightroom and Photoshop.The colors are vibrant.

Efficient for office use, excellent cooling system

My employees have given feedback that this laptop has made their work more efficient and easier. Our warehouse requires the use of inventory management software to handle large volumes of incoming and outgoing shipments daily, so my employees need to use laptops for inventory management every day. The lightweight design and large capacity built-in battery of this laptop allow my employees to move around the warehouse between different shelves and workstations with ease. This laptop features an IPS panel screen, and my employees appreciate its color and wide viewing angle, which provides them with a lot of convenience in their work. The UHD graphics 600 of this laptop are more than sufficient for office use, as my employees only edit product videos and watch customer review videos during work. I believe the most practical configuration of this laptop is its 512GB SSD because we have dedicated storage computers in the warehouse, so we don't need to store too much data on office laptops. What we need most for office laptops is reading and loading speed, and its 512GB SSD perfectly meets our office needs. Although this laptop is thin, its cooling performance has not disappointed me. I think this is very important because my employees often need to hold the laptop in their hands or place it on their laps when registering inventory or verifying the quantity of goods. Even after two hours of use, the temperature remains acceptable, indicating it has an excellent cooling system. I think I may purchase several more of these laptops for my warehouse to replace an old batch in the near future.

Perfect for school and writing

The computer is great - thin, light, fast, and with a 512GB SSD drive that opens Word and Excel apps faster by far than any computer I've owned. The screen is bright and crisp, the keyboard mostly superior. This is a great laptop for my son to use for college. He is a college freshman and it's perfect for all things a student needs to be able to do with it. Perfect for accessing his course materials online, completing research, writing papers, video recoding, etc. The set up is very simple and it immediately began to perform flawlessly! Couldn't be happier.
