    I purchased the P Everyday Essential 17 FHD Laptop for my husband, and it has been an excellent choice for his personal use.     Got it yesterday from Amazon, plugged it in and it took its updates as you’d expect. After 20 minutes, it was ready. Had to force the date/time update, it didn’t do it itself. The keyboard is not lighted, the inlays on the keys are not a bright white, which is disappointing. I’ll try it a free more days to see if I can deal with it.

    I had a HD failure and HP support said they couldn't warranty it because the HD had been upgraded. Buyer beware.

    It's a good Laptop, started loving it since it arrived. I wanted a bigger screen one and this is it. However, I did not receive the Windows Office code along with it (as it was offered as free software) and I did not receive an external hard drive as promised. But when I contacted them, they swiftly responded and acknowledged both within a day. (The hard drive is yet to arrive).
