I ended up replacing most of the accessories that the package came with. Mainly wireless mouse, keyboard, and speakers. The original worked well but I did not like how many wires were in the way. The monitor is probably the best part, very clear, pretty big, and just a nice design. For the price I was expecting much much worse

I received a keyboard and mouse that was nothing like what I bought. Upon contacting customer service, I was promised a shipment of new ones. I was also told what I purchased was not in stock at the time and so they sent whatever they had. Which were non working- dirty used items. Assured a new replacement for the items I ordered would be sent I cancelled the return. The replacements never arrived. I used supplements to get the system up and going. Screen is grainy, and the system buzzes at a ridiculous volume. CS told me this was normal?? This isn’t white noise this is a constant disturbing buzzing that has a volume louder than anything you are trying to hear through the trash provided speakers. For the speakers. The appear as what I ordered. They do not function as so. A rep did call me to check on the system. This was much appreciated. She stated the og replacement must have been “lost” in the mail and that she would issue another that should arrive in a few days. We have been unable to use the system in this wait. So I cannot give a review of the actual working system accurately.
They will however beg you almost to leave a great review of their customer service. Then send you links as the review applies to the actual equipment.
I felt a need to distinguish these 2. The system thus far has been trash. Promises made to replace and not kept.
However I appreciate them calling me instead of me having to track them down. They are very friendly although a language barrier. If I receive the replacement items this time, I will come back to update this review. Until then, if you can avoid this purchase do so.
Item was ordered I. December for Christmas. We’re near end of January and product is still non functional. I’m giving them until mid feb. to make it right. At that point if it’s still in operational,I will send it back for a full refund. I know the risk when buying refurb equipment. This isn’t that. It’s worse.

Edit to add- the keyboard and mouse were received. They are wired. What I purchased was shown as wireless. Wanted to update as I said I would.
I would not purchase from this seller again.

i love this entire set up so much. nobody has 1000+ dollars to spend on a set up but, this is the best alternative! I run all my games on the highest graphics no problems. Comes in handy when i’m arguing with kids on roblox haha. I love love love the storage amount on this computer! I’m wayyyyy to indecisive when it comes to games so, i used to have to delete one game to play another. With this, i just download what i want to play no problems.

It is a great place to start if you’re newer to playing/using a pc. Ever since i’ve gotten mine, I’ve ordered another monitor and it even a mic! It’s definitely worth the money and i’m surprised it doesn’t cost more.

One more thing to add, it is the QUIETEST pc i’ve ever heard. I had been on it for HOURSSSSS, wasn’t super hot/loud. I loved it. So if this product crosses your page, definitely add it to the cart. :)

I purchased this computer for my Mother to use for her personal at home office. Just basic things, for what she needs it for, it works amazing well. It came fast, packaged well.
A few cons to note:
-The monitor is comes with is extremely unstable. I ended up purchasing a third party stand to make it more stable.
- Pay close attention to your ports, there are not a lot of options and not hdmi port. Which means your monitor must have a display port in order to be used with this computer. If you don't want to use the one that came with it.

I love everything about this setup. The system is handling all of my different games I have put on it. My only thing is my monitor turns green once in awhile. I don't know why

Orderd this item as a Christmas gift for my 9year old wanted to see how he did with it before paying $2k on a nice gaming computer. Worst purchase I've ever received off Amazon got it and 1st thing there was no keyboard or mouse I. The box contacted there customer service traight to voice-mail did get a call back an hour later and was promised to be sent the missing items however it didn't end there i decided to use a wireless set I had to check the computer out when I opened the packaging it was even worse the face of the tower just fell completely off then after lookin it wasnt even the computer I had ordered. It was supposed to be a hp elite desk the one sent was an hp rp5800 two very different cpu's. But then I open the screen looked to be a nice samsung monitor but no as soon as I unfolded the stand boom the whole base is cracked idk why I didn't stop at this point but I kept going. I used a spare keyboard and mouse to get it hooked up set up and tested starts up fine but making strange hard drive sounds get to set up screen and guess what please hook up ethernet cable no wifi wich it was supposed to have per the item description or I wouldn't have even bothered at that point I just put it all back in the box contacted Amazon for a return and went straight to ups this was yesterday now let's see what I end up going through to get my refund!

The price you cannot beat it the speed is slow you cannot download you can go ahead and do all the steps so you can download an it still don't the speakers whispers bluetooth don't work I bought printer and it don't connect to anything but I just use my alexa setup was super easy did have trouble connecting to wifi but eventually it did condition is impeccable shape.you get what you pay for basically. Unfortunately , I had to send back but I really needed bluetooth and my other apps didn't work because nome were compatible for my small business.very beautiful though
