My 20 year old zebra printer gave out and I was back on the market for a thermal printer. I was scared to get one since the last time I bought one I paid almost 1K for it. I'm just amazed at how low the prices are for the newer models nowadays.
I took the chance to get this one and for the amount I paid I'm more than satisfied. Sure, the instructions could have been clearer, but nothing a tech savvy person can't figure out.
I plugged it via USB to my PC so I can't comment on its BT capabilities, but for the use I'm giving it it's perfectly fine.

The worst experience I've ever had with a printer. Actually, the printer worked fine. The software that goes with it is complete junk. All I wanted to do was print a 6" x 4" pdf label. They only give options for length and width and who knows what that is measured in. It's not inches, centimeters, or millimeters. The how to videos posted are unhelpful as it skips over the part about selecting the size in the software. The Printer is A4. That was not a choice. So I give this product an F as it only had one job. I sent it back for a refund after wasting half a day trying to figure it out.

Something that has really changed the game for me is the ability to print 4x6 labels wirelessly from either my phone or my PC. As a result of the fact that I no longer have to waste time and energy cutting and taping paper labels, I have been able to save a significant amount of time. Considering that the print quality is clean and clear, I can be certain that all of my shipping information is read without difficulty. Although I have used this printer with a variety of platforms, such as Amazon, Etsy, and the United States Postal Service, it has done very well across the board. The fact that it is compatible with a variety of operating systems is a significant advantage. I have successfully printed from my Windows computer, my MacBook, and even my iPhone without encountering any significant problems. The speed with which it prints is one of the things that I truly love. As a result of my ability to produce several labels in a matter of seconds, my packaging process has been greatly accelerated. Because of the thermal printing technique, I do not have to be concerned about running out of ink, which is not only economical but also kind to the environment.

I do like this printer for my business But the app and software are not the greatest. I had another Label printer on here Before and like it. It’s mainly the app that makes my review not a five star. I can’t explain it, but it’s just not as easy as it should be. it is a good value, but the versatility of it isn’t the greatest. It is us a fast printer, and the print quality is very great. The size of it is a little bulky compared to the printer I used to have.

I already have a 4x6" shipping label printer at home but it's connected to my PC and can only print from that computer but every time I need to print a shipping label or any sort of label for the box from my iPhone, I have to transfer the image and data to my PC then print from there. I finally decided to get this thermal shipping label printer because this printer has Bluetooth connectivity, which allows me to print from my iPhone after installing the app.

It was very well packaged and it came with USB cable as well as USB thumb drive, which contains the driver and application needed to print from MacOS or Windows computer. I got this printer so I can print from my iPhone so I just install the app from AppStore and was able to easily connect to the printer using the app. It came with 4x6" shipping labels that were folded but I already had rolls of 4x6" shipping labels, which can be stored inside the printer.

The app was very easy to use and had many feature like adding text, image, barcode and even QR code. I love that I can print from iPhone, which means all my family members can print from their smartphone as long as they have the app installed. I usually print big labels to put it on the boxes we store in the garage and attic so we know what's inside the box but it also comes in handy when I need to return something for printing the return shipping label!

This thing is such a pain to set up and you can only print using the app. I bought this for my small business to print shipping labels and it has been such a headache, some days it just does not work then works again the next. I am now having to buy a new printer. Save your money and dont buy this.

I loved this printer at first but after 2 weeks it started only printing half of the info on the labels. Each label was half white, and half printed. I cleaned the lens that didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, but that didn't work either. It's also tricky to change the labels if you aren't using the roll style labels. You almost have to close it completely to fit the labels inside to reload them (these are the stacks of folded labels. I really wanted to like this printer but it only lasted 2 weeks.

Connected to USB, it works. Gave me some trouble initially. I missed in the disc that it only works via bt with a mobile app. Wtf.

So that was very disappointing since I bought a bt module for my pc to set this up.

Overall it's a low cost thermal label printer.
I had to remove the cardboard roll from my labels to accommodate the label holder in the unit. So while it does work and prints labels. I wish I had paid better attention. I'd have spent more on something that is a little better. But it does work and gets the job done as a basic USB printer.
