    I was surprised when I opened the box. I was expecting a tower. I didn't know they made them this small now. Despite my surprise the set up was very easy. There were some updates that needed to be done but it didn't take very long. I have had no issue at all with this computer. I am considering getting another one for me. I can't update my computer to Windows 11. This was a birthday present for my hubby.

    Item arrived quickly and well packaged with bonus keyboard and mouse. Machine performs better than expected with upgraded OS Windows 11 - absolutely love how small the machine is, what a space saver! It is an older pc but for the purpose of internet browsing, web surfing and general office work which is what I mostly need, the specification is absolutely more than adequate. The only downside is the graphic card only supports up to 1920X1080 resolution which makes the image quality less vivid on my new monitor but overall it is acceptable. Seller did a good job cleaning this machine up and it came almost like new. Just hope this pc would last a while. Overall very happy about the purchase!

    The shipping box arrived in good shape.
    The keyboard and mouse included with the computer is EXTREMELY cheap.
    The power brick and cable was covered in what I think was white paint.
    The tower itself was in decent condition. There were some scratches, scuffs and peeling stickers but nothing too bad.
    The computer ran just fine once everything was hooked up.

    I ordered 2 of these, both had to be replaced within a day of getting them updated and set up. First one wouldn't turn on after updating, the second had no HDMI signal to the monitor after updating. I normally use reconditioned/refurbished hardware for my purposes, however, these just don't work. Amazon was great about getting these replaced for me though, so no issues with Amazon.

    Everything works fine as a standard refurbished unit. Just use it work cloud EMR work and microsoft suite. No gaming.

    This was a Christmas gift for my spouse. He is thrilled to finally have his own computer and the ability to game with the kids. It does lag in some areas as it is meant more for business/personal use vs gaming.
