A month ago, my 8 years old pc video card went R.I.P. It was time for me to get a new toy, I never bough used pc before, so I decided to give it a chance and saw this whole set, It arrived before the time, it was very easy to put together, everything went so smooth without any problems, I waited for a month to give this review and let me tell you what, I LOVE IT!! I'm so happy I made the decision to buy it. When it arrived, I made a call to the seller of the pc to thanks Him for this awesome job they put together, ( LaLith the name of the technician who answered me) sent me a free headset (the one in the picture) as a gift!!! LALITH when you read this, I want to thank you so much for the gift and for being so professional with me in the phone, you are also the very first seller who gifted me something online and I enjoy both your product and your gift. I highly recommend This product for Affordable price, Efficiency and awesome Customer services. I did not need help in anything like I said, (everything worked and still works without any issues) but since my English is not my native language Lalith was very kind and patient with me on the phone when I called to thanks them. The delivery for the computer was a pain to deal with but the support was really helpful and so was the company, when they first delivered it I was missing the USB to connect to the wifi but they were really helpful and sent me it but when it came it was gaming speakers so i messaged them again and they were helpful again and sent it but it said arrived but it didn't arrive until around 2 days after it says it did, now so far it's going ok and some things are loading ok but I got the pc for 4 games; Roblox, Fortnite, TS4, and modded minecraft so far I've only been able to download Roblox and Minecraft TS4, Fortnite, and Curseforge are all taking really long to download but maybe it's because I'm downloading them at the same time or it's just my wifi, now so far it won't let me open minecraft and for Roblox it's taking really long to load and to show my cursor but still that could just be a connection issue, I'll update once I can try the other games

It's been a day and I stopped downloading them and did it one at a time and that made it better still kinda took a while but faster

Roblox started loading faster and it's not too laggy but could be better I tried it in MM2

Fortnite I tried it in the pit but it was laggy as soon as I started fighting so it's not really good for Fortnite I guess and lowering the graphics didn't really help

TS4 I only tried it in cas for now and it ran good and I have most packs but I haven't reinstalled all my mods and cc so I don't know how it'll work after

Minecraft I've been playing a couple hours on a modded server and its running pretty good so far but at one point it was getting pretty laggy now its a little lag every once in a while but also the graphics look kinda weird and the water is purple maybe its just the monitor so I don't know how visible it'll be in the picture and

Also the left side of the screen is a little too much to the side so some of it is cropped out, for the price its good and also since it's renewed so it's pretty good for only around $400 and also most of these might just be my wifi

As it was a refurbished computer I was initially leery of purchasing any electronic equipment used, but I'm very glad now that I did. I couldn't possibly have been more satisfied with a brand new rig, and the big discount on the refurbished PC versus new was a big plus. Granted my PC needs are not particularly demanding as my activities are primarily word processing, spreadsheet and internet scrolling. I do occasionally play computer strategy/war games which in the past have not required all that much computing/graphics power. However, I've noticed with a couple of recent gaming purchases (notably Civ 6 and Panzer Corps 2) that my old computer was incapable of handing the graphics of such games and I concluded that this is likely the start of a trend toward more graphic intensive strategy games. The (new to me) Lenovo performs flawlessly on these newer strategy games and I have every reason to suspect it will continue to do so for several years to come.

Bent post to remove the cover panel. Scratches and chipped black paint off the metal in the back.
The monitor isn't even the same brand as was listed. No issues with it tho I'm actually happy with the monitor . And speakers and so far the pc . Future reference detail the sizes of the pc what will fit for upgrades. And keep the monitor the one u lost to be shipped. Overall a decent product. Disappointed in the shipper/packager/or the seller . Who ever dropped it and who ever sent a different brand monitor than listed should have listed it's refurbished, and listed that it's a different monitor.

It runs my sims (and the extensive amounts of packs), steam and all its games and tons more. Coming from a “gaming” laptop to this was smoother than butter. Also a great way for my son to explore the PC gaming scene without crashing everything I own. And what an amazing price. 10/10
Planning to buy another ASAP so my family can multiplayer together as my laptop is not sufficient. Seriously, buy this, you won’t regret it.

It was said to arrive Monday but got here Saturday! 2 days early! Set up was quick and easy, and I’ve only experienced that it is a little slow and laggy when more than 2 applications are open but that’s livable! The price for what you get is awsome, and it is so satisfying to use. Be warned that if you want to call a friend on discord or anything of the like, you need to also buy a microphone. There’s two plugs on the front, one for a microphone and one for headphones. I have a headset with a mic but the mic won’t work on it. It’s one or the other. That’s the only bad thing. Other than that BUY IT!!!
