I work in IT. I know a crappy router when I see it. Gladly this had an AP mode which worked great to cover a dark spot in my weird house. Good setup-- easy for most who dare diy and employed quick.

The TP-link router was very easy to setup. The router projects good signals for wireless devices inside and outside. It's easy to secure with WEP/WPA and other features.

I bought this router after mine was struck by lightning. It does it's job considering it is a backup device. Setup was easy and signal covers my entire house. The default password is on the underside of this model but you can easily change that within the security settings online. Easily one of the cheapest routers on the market with very little issues.

If you need a cheap router with higher end features that is 2.4 only look no farther! I had to replace a legacy device that runs my extremely picky security system (will not detect any dual band routers) suits my needs perfectly and I was able to set everything up from the tplink app

I missed that the item said it was used. Box was missing the network cable and the quick start guide. Wasn’t really an issue for me but I was a little disappointed. I think I paid too much but it has resolve an issue with some old WiFi devices I’ve playing with that just could stay connected to my up to date WiFi routers.

1.0 out of 5 stars Trash Router

This router is trash. It frequently disconnects or will slow down. Unreliable if you need a good, constant connection.
